HR were extremely helpful, responsive and flexible. The apartment was very good and central and I feel confident the few small bits of feedback we've given about Apartment Beau Soleil, which were minor anyway, will be acted on. I'd certainly recommend them to deal with as a company. Thank you.

Poor customer service
Enquired about a large four bedroom villa in Spain for 5 people, two week stay. The villa had a pool.
Was told that only one normal size towel was available per person for the whole two weeks. If I wanted them to be changed I would have to pay.
So if you got out of the pool, you would have to walk dripping wet into the villa before you shower and wash your hair (with your one towel).
Avoid this company. Seem to use anything they can to get more money from you. No customer service.

We are sorry that there was confusion during your enquiry. After reviewing the Airbnb conversation, we can see that our colleague informed you that two bath towels per guest are included. Unfortunately, the message did not mention that each guest also receives a separate pool towel, which is part of our standard provision. We apologise for that omission.
To clarify, our properties in Spain normally provide two bath towels and one pool towel per guest. Additional towel changes during the stay can be arranged for an extra fee, which is standard practice for many self-catering holiday rentals.
As this was an enquiry rather than a confirmed booking, we regret that the misunderstanding led to such a negative impression. We always aim to provide clear and accurate information and appreciate the opportunity to clarify this here.

The apartment had all that we needed…
The apartment had all that we needed and is very close to the Clotes lift.
The booking procedure is straight forward followed by useful information regarding the property and key collection.
The only thing that I would change is to change the given route from Oulx to the property to avoid driving through the center of town(limited access zone)as it is not necessary or quicker.
Besides that we had a great time

Per chi affitta casa, occhio! Non fidatevi
Occhio perché propongono contratti in cui ti danno un tot (fisso, bassissimo) a giorno di affitto casa, poi si tengono il resto dei proventi e tentano di spingere case a prezzi altissimi. Non sanno fare adaptive positioning dell’asset. E non han saputo fare marketing nè buona comunicazione nel mio caso: hanno sbagliato tutti gli annunci dei miei appartamenti per cui in mappa non comparivano nonostante io, ingegnere digitale, dicessi loro come si faceva. Sarannno anche multinazionale, ma sono alle prime armi. Inoltre i contatti coi leader svizzeri è complicato. Speravo fossero precisi, ma si sono rivelati un flop. Poco trasparenti, io li ho trovati pessimi e qui in zona tutti mi dicono lo stesso.

ci dispiace leggere nuovamente il suo commento.
Desideriamo però chiarire che il nostro rapporto di collaborazione si è concluso alla fine del 2024, e da allora non gestiamo più i suoi appartamenti. Questa è inoltre la terza recensione pubblicata su questa piattaforma riguardo alla stessa esperienza.
Per correttezza verso chi legge, precisiamo che il modello contrattuale da lei citato è stato condiviso e accettato prima dell’avvio della collaborazione, come avviene normalmente in questo tipo di servizi.
In ogni caso, prendiamo sempre seriamente i feedback. Proprio per questo ho provato a contattarla telefonicamente oggi per parlarne direttamente, ma senza riuscire a raggiungerla. Riproverò più tardi perché preferiamo sempre affrontare eventuali incomprensioni in modo diretto e costruttivo.

As you mentioned, your group booked two different apartments in the Résidence Le Cristal; Mont Blanc 5 and Mont Blanc 8, which are individually owned properties with different layouts, finishes and price levels. Mont Blanc 8, which was the higher-category apartment, is indeed larger and more recently renovated, while Mont Blanc 5 is a more basic unit.
That said, we take your comments about Mont Blanc 5 seriously. Our local team inspected the issue and, as discussed during your stay, we provided a refund for the inconvenience.
We also want to clarify that our team did respond on site and processed the refund once the issue was verified. Nevertheless, we are sorry that you felt unsupported, as this is certainly not the experience we aim to provide our guests.
Your feedback has been shared with the property owner so that improvements can be made.
We are glad that you enjoyed Mont Blanc 8, and we hope we may have the opportunity to welcome you again in one of our renovated apartments in the future.

Tutto perfetto! La casa è impeccabile, gli spazi sono ottimizzati e l'arredo è nuovo, funzionale e di gusto. La posizione è perfetta, con vista sulle montagne e a pochi passi dagli impianti (a mio giudizio meglio del Sestriere). Consigliatissimo. Io e la mia famiglia torneremo sicuramente.

Happy Rentals Chamonix France was a…
Happy Rentals Chamonix France was a Very unaccommodating Property Management company. We were traveling 14 hours to get to France and our flight landed early. There was no way we could convince Happy Rentals to allow us to checkin early. Also had to go to a place a mile away to pickup the key which cost us an extra $40 US since we hired a driver. :(

We’re sorry to hear that your arrival felt stressful after such a long journey. Winter season in Chamonix is an exceptionally busy period, and as clearly stated in the booking details, check-in begins at 4PM. During peak season, apartments are often occupied the night before (as was yours), and our housekeeping team requires the full turnaround time to prepare the property to the proper standard for incoming guests. For this reason, early check-in unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.
Regarding key collection, our office location (approximately 1 km from the apartment) is also clearly indicated prior to booking and in the arrival instructions. Many guests choose to walk or take a short taxi ride, depending on their luggage. We understand this may have been inconvenient with a private driver, but the key collection point is part of our standard and transparent check-in process.
We truly aim to provide clear information in advance so guests can plan their arrival accordingly, especially during the busy winter season in central Chamonix.
We do hope you still enjoyed your stay and your time in the French Alps.

Cozy and warm
The apartment was just right for our family of two adults and two kids. It was warm and cozy and it was really nice to go back at it after a snowy cold skiing day. The instructions were very clear. We found the place and the key very easy and we checked in withing 10 minutes from our arrival. The ideal stop for the transfer from Torino airport is on the parking lot in front of the church. The experience would has been even better if there was small dishwasher.

The flat was amazing, clean and good view of the panorama. Advise is to put more towels if the stay is long and let the quest know that is no much toilet paper, dish liquid and tablets for the dishwasher so quests can buy before.
The experience was perfect for us.
