Happy Drains Excelent Service
Happy Drains came out promptly when we had a drainage issue, and their engineers couldn’t have been more professional or friendly. Our young grandson was fascinated by the whole process once the (very deep!) manhole was opened, and the engineer was wonderful with him — even explaining what the 3000 psi water jet did!
The blockage was cleared quickly and efficiently. I also appreciated that they did not want cash, and that payment was made correctly via invoice by email —a nice, modern touch that inspires confidence.
All in all, a great experience from start to finish. I’d thoroughly recommend Happy Drains to anyone needing fast, friendly, and professional help with their drains.

I commissioned a cctv drain survey with…
I commissioned a cctv drain survey with Happy Drains following a recommendation from my surveyor, as part of a pre-purchase inspection. They organised for someone to attend the next day, and I received the report within 3 working days. Happy Drains were understanding regarding my impatience to see the report but this did not stop them providing an excellent service. Max made very clear that he and his team stood by to answer any questions I had, given he technical nature of the report, and ultimately once I received it, went through and explained it on the phone in a very helpful way. I'm happy I chose Happy Drains and to recommend them to other customers.

Truly terrible service - do not book
Truly terrible service. Sent around an engineer to fix the blockage, he did a rushed job, was clearly in a hurry and barely spent 15 mins of the one hour appointment. He didn’t fix the pipe back on properly so created a leak that did not exist. When I realised I tried my best to screw it back on to stop the leak. I contacted the company and was met with hostility and aggression, no accountability. Claims that since I had touched it it was my fault. So I’m supposed to leave an active leak alone? There was no leak before the engineer attended, there was one after he left. Terrible service, rude staff, would never recommend.

sorry to read the review after reading the Engineers site notes and viewing both his and yours photos we can see that the job we was called to carry out to clear the pipework of a blockage was completed. you had informed the engineer that chemicals had been used the engineer took photos upon completion that quite clearly show the sink waste and over flow fitting are corroded and heavily scaled which will require a Plumber to renew the engineer done a full test showing flow was restored with no leaks.
Great friendly service
Great friendly service, drain unblocked within two hours of call.
