Utterly sickened
I am thoroughly disgusted at this point. I thought this casino was one of the better I've tried....ya right. I've won $400, maybe small to some, but it's big to me. I've pleaded with them to flag this for escalation ( I know they can do this, many on other casinos have and they use gigadat, the same platform for etransfers as every other casino I've tried ) because my Uncle was found deceased and I'm trying to buy a bus ticket to attend his funeral. There's absolutely no reason for withdraw dispersion to take more than a few hours. I don't want to see a reply from them saying guidelines say this or that, save it! Terrible casino with horrible customer service. Trust me when I say that I'll review you every where I can just like I have here.

"RESPONSE TO CASINO (April 7): Your email response is a joke. You are asking ME to contact your payment processor (Gigadat) to fix your internal technical issues. This is your responsibility, not mine. I have provided a USDC (ERC-20) wallet address for a manual payment, which you continue to ignore despite my account being fully verified. You are holding $2,000 of my winnings and using 'technical support' as a stalling tactic. My documentation has been verified by Trustpilot, and I will not change this rating until the funds are in my wallet."

Seit Anfang Februar komme ich nicht mehr in das Spiel von happyjokers. Ich wollte Ende Januar 50,-€ ausbezahlt bekommen. Alles wurde nochmals zerifiziert Personalausweis, Konto mein Gesicht. Einfach alles. Überwiesen bekam ich bisher nichts. Da ich nicht mehr in mein Spielkonto hineinkomme, wollte ich mein gesamtes Geld erhalten und die Schließung meines Kontos, da Deutschland gesperrt wurde.
Bisher regen Kontakt gehabt, erst vor ca. 10 Minuten. Man erklärte mir wieder, wo ich mich anmelden kann. Von meiner ausstehenden Geldüberweisung kein Wort. Seit Anfang Februar erklärt man mir, das alles noch geprüft wird. Bis heute habe ich 21x Kontakt aufgenommen und auch Antwort erhalten, wie ich in das Spiel wieder komme.
Jetzt habe ich schon verschiedene Browserausprobiert. Überall steht für Deutschland blockiert.
Ich kann nicht nachvollziehen, warum es so lange dauert bis ich das Geld überwiesen bekomme. Es sind fast 150,-€.

Auszahlung nicht erhalten
Auszahlung wurde am 16.01.2026 als bezahlt markiert aber ist seit dem nicht angekommen.
Im Chat wurde mir vor 3 Wochen gesagt, dass meine Angelegenheit von der zuständigen Abteilung bearbeitet wird, aber bis jetzt keine Rückmeldung.
Ich habe nachgefragt auf welches Bankkonto die Auszahlung ging und dementsprechend auch ein Kontoauszug eingereicht von dem Konto.
Heute habe ich den Support erneut angeschrieben und dieses Mal noch ein Kontoauszug eingereicht der sogar bis heute den 13.02.2026 geht. Ich weiß echt nicht was da so lange dauert. Der Kontoauszug sagt ja ganz klar aus, dass Geld nie ankam
