Well what can I say. I went into shop to buy my first guitar with the view of buying local. We chatted for about 20 minutes. I asked a question about types of guitars and the owner literally got rude and angry. He definitely forgot who the customer was! I am 58 years old and never in my life have a met a more arrogant rude person in my life . As I said doc you want any custom the gentleman got even more rude and so I left. As I left he then proceeded to punch me which landed on my head!! I am gobsmacked ! I am would never recommend this place ever. Rude and violent. My only reason for not retaliating was he was 70+ years old.

I’m actually in shock at the customer service and reaction.

I visited Happy Music Makers on West Street Fareham to enquire about their guitar setup service. The owner’s attitude was unnecessarily rude from the start, and he went as far as insinuating that I was lying about what I needed. This behaviour was unprofessional and completely unacceptable.

Because of the way I was spoken to, I chose not to proceed with the service and will not be returning. Customers deserve basic respect, and this shop did not provide it.
