Was told that the shipping company said my address was bad but was the correct addresses then was told the carrier destroyed my package but they would sell me another order for cheaper price not a good way to run a company buyer beware
Happy Wags has wonderful Customer Service. My first order came with no problem. My second order was crushed in shipment. I sent pictures of the crushed cardboard container and spilled product in the shipping bag to their Customer Service. They immediately arranged for a replacement shipment of my order. Couldn't ask for better service!
Great Customer service but it took an extremely long time to get the order. 3+ weeks from California.
The employees were very helpful in delaying my shipment as far out as possible. They said I can contact them again if I still have extra at the end of that time. One of my dogs spent a week at the vet, so she wasn't pulling her weight at home in the eating department. She is home now, her appetite has returned, and we are catching up! Thank you!
This is a product I’m implementing into my 7 year old black labs daily meals. She has bundless energy and loves the taste so far. I feel good knowing I’m able to help add to the health and well being of her life supporting heart, gut and overall immunity. Pausing subsequent orders is easy if need be and the customer service component is so helpful. 10/10. My dog loves the prebiotic dental chews and takes the taurine for daily health boost. So far very happy customer! 🐾💙⭐️
Jerome of Happywags was extremely helpful and caring in assisting us when we lost our beloved Maggie. The orders that I placed with Happywags from Canada were filled accurately and arrived without a problem. Unfortunately we had to cancel our subscription after our loss, but it was handled without any problems. Thank you Happywags - you are a trusted business and I would recommend you to anyone.
Jerome, the customer service representative, was very helpful with his explanations and with his actions. He also expressed appreciation for my suggestion of possible improvement which would make the process of monitoring a subscription (automatically recurring order) easier. Now, if the taurine will work for my one dog and if my other dog will eat his food with the taurine added. (He's a very picky eater.)
I use the taurine powder for my dog, Bella. It is great. And when I had a shipping issue the service was great as well. Kind and respectful people and great product.
Happy Wags has very responsive and courteous customer service. Don't know yet if the taurine powder will help my dog's cough but will try it.
