When i contacted hard hat watches that the watch hadn't arrived I spoke to Johnny and explained wat had happened the guy was absolutely amazing he got right on to it and sent me a replacement watch which arrived today so thank you Johnny and hard hat watches you guys are awesome 👍

It’s a scam
It’s a scam ! Cheap Chinese watch you are paying £50 plus for the box as the watch is available on Amazon for £35 or AliExpress for £15 all the adverts show it being tested to the extreme yet the warranty states the complete opposite . Warranty even states not to be used in salt water or chlorine water ( so what water can I use it in )but claims it’s ip rated? It’s just a standard cheap smart watch with no gps .

Our newest models do include Built-in Dual-Band GPS, so there’s no need to take your phone on runs or hikes.
There are cheap imitators using our designs and marketing on Amazon/AliExpress — we understand the confusion and we’re working to combat it.

Update I did have a reply from my initial review and I must say the man who took over was brilliant and more than resolved my initial complaint
Can’t really give 5 star as my initial review was so low but has been rectified and I’m happy with it.
Terrible. Sold as indestructible - broke within a few months customer service is unprofessional- finally got a replacement and that has also broke which is now past ‘6 month guarantee’ so won’t do anything about it. The replacement was sent from china. Cheap and poorly made do not buy

I had an issue with my watch
I had an issue with my watch , sent an email , within a few hours Johnny responded . I replied with details and he came back almost immediately with a replacement watch will be sent out asap . Next level service from a company that is another country from me . Definitely a 5 star experience from me .

I have not had any updates on my watch
I have not had any updates on my watch, don’t even know if it’s going to turn up. The support team are nonexistent as send a few emails and haven’t heard back. Not very happy as I’ve paid money and haven’t experienced anything good with regards to letting me know when it will arrive

I purchased two watches on the buy one get one free offer and gave one to my work colleague neither of them will charge so it was a waste of £100 I have decided to buy a garmin instead

Great watch. Great functions. Easy to use and lasts ages! Also a great company. My screen protector cracked within the first 90 days and they replaced it, no issues!

Not a good experience
Brought my husband one of their watches 10 months ago. we had problems from the start and they always come back with no try this try that. Now we only have white blank screen. I do not recommend. Id rather stay with Garmin and pay for what I get.

The watch never hardly got to last till 12 mid day as the time kept dropping off and out of sync I work in horrible conditions I’m sorry it didn’t stand the test lovely looking but not as durable as previously stated

Faulty watch
I ordered a watch last November 2024 for a Xmas pressie and it got lost so finally got a replacement in mid February after going back and forward with emails received new watch and my husband got literally 3/4 months b4 battery started to drop took weeks for a response then to say the 6 mths gaurentee was up so couldn't get it replaced I was so annoyed by it all that I wrote a review on here and straight away I got a response saying they were going to sort it for me that was September past
I asked for a refund and got talked into waiting till end of October for their new watch that was being launched so I agreed but since then I've sent at least 7 emails asking if it has been sent and absolutely nothing back no responses at all I am disgusted with the hassle and wished I'd just took the refund as it now nearly 1 yr since I paid for the original watch and out of that my husband got around 10-12 wks out of the watch which is a disgrace considering the price I paid I wld not recommended this business to anyone just disgusted

HARDHAT WATCH? HARD PASS! Added comment on 3/3/26
Watch started playing up about 9 months after purchase. I contacted HardHat, stating that I understood 6 month warranty but that I was happy to pay for repairs to watch. They responded with “your warranty is expired but here’s a discount code to buy another one” honestly that response was unbelievable!
Please don’t waste your money. This company is a scam and rip off and a drop seller. Same watch available at cheap websites.
I’ll never recommend them.
Added comment: I have received a full refund today. Despite this gracious effort by the Hardhat Watch company, I would still not recommend their drop seller product.

The watch band broke in the first day…
The watch band broke in the first day and then we decided to try it again 4 weeks later to find the watch flicks through all screens and doesnt stop. Emailed the company to be told no email registered to account or order . Then told to ship it back and they will look at it .. I asked for a refund at this stage. But they will take out their fees first. Dont buy .

I have a huawei watch also had it for years the hardhat sports isn't as good for the quality of it's app huawei health is a better app ,hardhat has a bigger face that's better and it's cheaper hopefully there might be some updates that make it better in the future

Months ago contacted support and because I had extended warranty once I took photos and a video arranged a new watch accessories and warranty honestly Johnny the customer service representative was amazing so helpful answered all questions and every enquiry communication was such a ease I highly recommend this product and even more now after such fantastic service all sorted in a day and a bit
