Exceptional service. Thank you Alaa
The service I’ve received from Alaa has been exceptional.
He has undertaken two surveys for me and he has been so helpful, professional and always willing to explain issues and rectifications in simple language.
On both occasions he has encountered challenges and both times he has handled these situations calmly and professionally.
I would recommend him highly and Hardings for their professionalism.

Excellent roof survey in all regards
The guy who did our roof survey had worked for many years as a roofer then retrained as a surveyor. Not only did he do an excellent survey of the roof with a drone (of which he had ten years' experience) but the survey report was not only extremely detailed and specific, but also contained useful summaries, timescales and suggestions for how next to proceed. He was a nice guy as well! Unreservedly recommend.

Dear Andrew
Thank you for such a detailed review — it's genuinely useful for other homeowners weighing up a roof survey.
You've picked up on something we're quite proud of: several of our surveyors came into the profession from the trades, and that hands-on background shows in the reports. Drone inspection lets us get eyes on areas that simply aren't safe or practical to reach otherwise, and we think a report should do more than list defects — it should tell you what matters, how urgent it is, and what to do next. Good to hear ours did exactly that.
As a token of our appreciation for clients like you, we offer a 10% discount for returning clients. Should you require our services again in the future, please feel free to mention this offer to enjoy the discount.
Thank you once again for choosing Harding Chartered Surveyors, and we look forward to the opportunity to serve you again.
Lease Extension Valuation completed quickly.
I found Harding's online and needed a Lease Extension Valuation done in London soon and they organised my need to do it speedily and Surveyor organised in one week and report done in one week.
Report was detailed and comparisons with similar properties in the area made it very relevant.
Thank you Kate, Client Relations Manager.

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experienced with Harding Chartered Surveyors. I worked with David who was excellent at thoroughly investigating the property and writing a formal report. He even managed to revisit the property after the first attempt was difficult, he organised this all professionally. He turned around the report in a very quick time as well. I would recommend!

After experiencing difficulties dealing…
After experiencing difficulties dealing with not very reliable surveyors from other companies, I was incredibly fortunate to be introduced to Alaa Ali at Hardings International.
I cannot express in words how professional, knowledgeable, reliable, responsive, and meticulous Alaa has been throughout the entire process. Having worked in the real estate industry for over 14 years, I can honestly say this is the best service I have received in the UK.
If you ever need a surveyor, I genuinely don’t believe you will find anyone better than Alaa.
He consistently went above and beyond, delivering a level of service that far exceeded my expectations. It was truly a five-star experience.
Thank you very much, Alaa. I will certainly be returning to Hardings International for any future surveying services and would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone.
Kind regards,
Karyna

The snagging survey provided by Harding…
The snagging survey provided by Harding was very detailed and thorough. This helped us to identify some Safety and Building Regulation compliance issues ahead of completion, along with a general snagging list. Our surveyor, Alaa Ali, did a great job in explaining the issues and providing recommendations.
Definitely recommend Harding for surveys.
