1. I chose to attend this session abandoning two others which were falling at the same time and I now feel, I took the right decision.
2. The difference between Marketing and Sales was dealt to the deepest level, it is the context that sets the Marketing first and Sales would happen.
3. It is most important to think from the customer's perspective rather than from one's perspective.
4. Value add is top priority and sales will happen.
5 Communication and Language are different and to learn any language, there is a system, first listen, then speak, then read and finally write. This is vital to convert any marketing to sales. The most profound learning for me today.

I attended Today a session with Harmeet Kelley. I found out so many basic but practical tips as far as marketing is concerned. Best thing I learned is NEVER FOOL YOUR CUSTOMER !! That is such an eye opener for me . Though I'm always authentic still I will improve a lot .
