Amazing service! I am somebody who knows absolutely nothing about rings I was unsure what to do for. Having done a bit of homework, I saw that Harper Tait was rated the highest from the official Hatton Garden website.

I booked an appointment with Paul and the whole process was very professional and smooth. Paul is very welcome and would offer you a drink on arrival (alcoholic/non-alcholic). He will then thoroughly run you through the different types of rings and would recommend you what to get based on your preferences.

Once you have chosen your setting, Paul will educate you with the diamonds, the 4Cs and other useful information such as the symmetry.

I chose my ring and took 3 weeks to complete and for me to collect and I was really happy with the service.

Paul is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. If anyone is looking to get an engagement ring but not sure where to start, I would highly recommend Paul/George.

After years of suffering watching my first wife succumbing to bowel cancer, I found light beauty again in my new partner. Step one finding a ring and a jeweller, after a long process of searching the Internet and speaking to friends Hatton Garden was the place to go but where?? After reading the reviews I settled on contacting Harper Tait, George and Paul responded very quickly and were extremely accommodating. We set a date for an initial consultation and went through the process of selecting our materials. They were professional, polite very knowledgeable and welcoming. They were so well informed and that balanced with their friendly personalities made it feel like you were talking to a family member or a friend you knew since you were a teen. After selecting the right stone and band, arranging the setting I pulled the trigger. When I picked the ring up and saw it completed for the first time I nearly cried. It was beautiful and the stones characteristics made it sparkle and shine so much, this was testament to George and Paul's guidance. They were never pushy or forceful they were just what I needed to help achieve my task. When I proposed and showed my now fiancée the ring she was bowled over. Great job George and Paul I couldn't have asked for better service and a better outcome.

Paul and the team at Harper Tait have been excellent from start to finish. Whilst we knew we wanted a bespoke ring, we weren't sure precisely what we wanted it to look like, but Paul was so patient and spent time going through options and providing guidance and expertise on what elements of our design would work best with the diamond we were using. The end result is the most beautiful engagement ring that we couldn't be happier with. The whole process was made really easy with great communication and we're looking forward to seeing the team again in a few months time for our wedding bands.

I recently purchased a couple of rings from Paul at Harper Tait fine jewellery and could not recommend them enough !! The whole experience was 5 STARS. Pauls knowledge was impressive and the final product did not disappoint. I would highly recommend you give them a visit for any jewellery needs.

Harper Tait were one of the few jewellers we went to visit to find my fiancé’s engagement ring and straight after coming out of a chat with George, we had the confidence that Harper Tait were the jewellers we were going to choose. We didn’t know too much about rings, however on our first visit George took time out of his day to sit with us for 2 hours and explain everything about rings, ensuring we made the right choice. On the second visit, we had an idea of what kind of ring we wanted, again we sat with George and he went into full explanation about diamonds and his recommendations, from that we were able to pick our dream ring. We really loved the fact that Harper Tait provided CAD models of the ring which gave us an indication of what it would look like and myself and my fiancé absolutely loved it. It did not take them long to manufacture the ring itself and we picked the ring up 4 weeks later and we fell in love with it straight away. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for an engagement ring/wedding band to go with Harper Tait, you will not be disappointed!
