Scam !! beware of this company - Terrible experience - wrong sizing and zero rated stitching from a cheap Chinese company ! Harrington and Hale they call it - my word what a scam ..... starting from their name - do not buy anything from them! My money goes down the drain - should have known better - very disappointed.

This dress was described as Cotton!! It was a very cheap polyester and when I pointed this out and asked for a refund I was told I would have to send it back to China at my expense!!! Now they are not answering my request for a UK address to return the cheap unwearable item back to them. DONT touch this Company !!! If they won’t answer my messages I will go to Trading Standards.

COMPLETE RUBBISH - TOTAL SCAM. CHEAP SHODDY DRESSES THAT ARE NOTHING LIKE THE IMAGES ONLINE. ADDRESS IS SOUTHALL IN UK - TRADING STANDARDS SHOULD CLOSE THEM DOWN. I WILL BE CONTACTING THEM AND THE MEDIA. FACEBOOK SHOULD NOT ALLOW THE ADVERTS AT ANY COST

The dress I ordered looked lovely on line when it arrived it was awful cheap material no shape to long when I tried to return it I was given a China address and told to send it back myself which would have cost nearly what I paid ,in the end after trying to find a solution I agreed to take a refund of £11.something and keep the dress it will be useful for cleaning the floor.i wouldn't give any stars 😡

I ordered a dress from what I thought was a first class company. After ages it turned up, obviously from China. Cheap and tacky. Delivered in a plastic bag similar to temu cheap item. Not as shown in picture. Requested return was told buyer has to pay and this would cost between £17 and £45 back to China. Do not buy, don't waste your money. Dress was nearly £40 so not worth returning!!!!!

Wish I could give a zero rating! Clothes advertised as chiffon and tummy hiding, and looked lovely in the pictures. I also believed they were London based. However took ages to arrive and that should have been a give away.! Dresses arrived and I am so disappointed, not chiffon but a cheap material and definitely nothing like the pictures. Wrong size altogether. When I emailed said I would have to pay to return to china as stated.. said ok. Then was offered a small refund and told to keep the dresses. Don’t see why I should pay to return items, never done that before from any other companies. Wished I’d done my homework before buying - don’t waste your money and be pulled in by there advertising, it’s all fake!

Just DON'T purchase from this supplier! Cheap synthetic material, poorly made. Bought size S and it was huge! Now they want me to pay to send it back to China!!

Dress was supposed to be chiffon but was just a cheap material and twice the size i ordered although had no labels to prove that would have been indecent to wear. Had to be returned to China even though the retun address on parcel was uk. Total con do not use

Cheap polyester advertised as made of Cotton ,I wish I had read the reviews .Style of dress was very nice but the material ,disgusting ,I will use it as an example of a poor delusional company who have no idea of honesty .Keep away

Wish I had read the reviews before I bought a dress that was cheap and horrible. Nothing like the photo. Advertised as a shop in London. It came from China. Says 100% satisfaction guarantee. What a joke !!! 90 day money back policy. Absolutely not

Very very misleading company, so sorry I did not read the dreadful reviews before I purchased my item.
I was lead to believe that in was a company based in London.
It arrived to late for what it was planned for, and they have advised for a refund I must return to China and track the item, despite there being a UK address on the return sticker.
This is very unfair and they should allow you to return in the UK with a full refund.

This company promote themselves as a London based shop, but in reality their products are made in China, the returns policy is appalling. The dress was made of cheap polyester, and badly made. The sizing was supposed to be 12-14UK size and would not have fitted a child!.

I was offered 20% refund which was insulting and I was expected to return it to China. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY if you want good quality clothes and goo customer service

To start with I thought this was a British company with the name , it is pretty misleading. Had to wait a long while for the dress so that was a red flag. Eventually when it came it was so cheap and nasty I wouldn’t even take it to a charity shop. I asked for a full refund and they wouldn’t give me one offered 20% now offered 40% today which I will take otherwise I have to send it back to China . It should be against the law to trick people like this , I can’t afford to throw money away.Dont touch this company with a barge pole

Don’t be fooled by the misleading adverts which lead you to believe they are a well established London shop. They’re Not!! They are blatant scammers!! DONT BUY!!

I ordered a cotton sundress to take on holiday but it didn't turn up until I was actually on holiday! When I got home the dress was made in China of polyester, very cheap material and not well made. I'm going to post it back tomorrow to an address in Shoreditch, London and I just hope I get my money back. I think the whole company is a scam and disreputable.

Oh!! How I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering from this company.
Two dresses which bear NO resemblance to the pictures on the website, the cheapest fabric and sizes are so wrong,one like a tent the other really tight.
Very disappointed.

Had I know this company was in China I would not have ordered from them. The item I got was wrongly sized. Some of these companies appear to be in the uk which makes you think the product will be ok but then ou find out it is in China and you know it’s going to be rubbish.

If there was zero they would get it. There is nothing British about this company, it is cheap nasty material from China and when the item arrived, was nothing like the picture on the website. AVOID
