I ordered two dresses of the same color and they had vastly different neck lines. The bottom seam was not professional looking. Return returns are at your cost to China for a minimum of $50 or more. Completely not worth it. A waste of time and money.

Bought a dress off this website. I was shocked at the poor quality of the dress compared to what was illustrated online. The sizing was completely off far too small several sizes smaller than it should have been. When emailing them to discuss a refund they offered an incentive for me to keep a completely unwearable dress. I wished I had read the reviews before buying. I would not have ordered. This company sets itself up to look like an English brand but it is from China so to get a refund you have to pay for it to be shipped to china.
I would not be buying from them again nor recommend buying from this website.

I returned my shoes over a month ago and have not received my refund. These people are liars, they say they are in Colorado and are not. I had to pay 35.00 to send my shoes back to China, on top of the 89.99 I already spent on them and they received them over a month ago and still will not refund me. Yes, I am idiot to not just written off the 89.99 but do not buy from them.

Fell for an Instagram ad for cute, comfortable shoes. Store website seemed legit and it claims to be a boutique in Colorado. It's a Chinese sham - the shoes are entirely plastic stink to high heaven of gasoline. They only will consider a return if you pat shipping back to China. Took a closer look at the website and realized it it photoshopped to hell - the photos of the "two" founders are actually one person in differnet poses.

BEWARE of this company. I ordered a $50 sweater (per the company's photo and product description), and just received a cheap, tacky, shiny, poorly stitched polyester UGLY "top". Their cost was probably not even $1. It is NOT a sweater. False advertising. After much back and forth, they agreed to a refund. But I was responsible for shipping it back to..CHINA. Nope. Garment is going to Goodwill, and I am writing off my $50. Too bad, as I was going to donate my refund to charity. As I said, BEWARE of Harrison and Clarke.

I fell for the Harrison & Clarke cute shoe photos on Instagram. Live and learn. Checked out their website and it seemed legit. The company is supposedly based in Colorado. I don't think so. The shoes I ordered are made with cheap materials and the rubber soles stink to high hell. Like some kind of toxic stew of chemicals. The fake leather is hideous. There's no label, no shoe size and no brand name on the inside of the shoe. Total scam company!

China scam - I ordered a pair of "orthopedic" shoes on sale for $70. The website says "Trusted US brand" and a 30-day money back guarantee. The product that came had completely flat, cheap insoles and a cheap foam sole on the bottom. When I asked to return they said I had to ship it overseas with tracking. At the post office I was told it would cost $72 to ship it with tracking. They eventually offered me a 15% refund. Don't buy unless you are sure you will love them.

TOTAL SCAM!!! Avoid this website and their cheap, China products. I don't know how they are getting away with pretending to be 2 white women from Colorado but this is a CHINESE company with cheap China products. I've reported to all the places I can find. Horrible, horrible experience. I paid $80 for a cheap, ill-fitting, PU plastic shoes they advertised as real leather. Their "30 day hassle free returns" is a joke - you have to pay for shipping BACK to China. Total total scam .

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from Harrison and Clark, and I have to say, they are the worst shoes I've ever owned. I spent over $80, but what I received was a pair of poorly made shoes with plastic bottoms and fake leather that felt cheap and low-quality.

I was shocked to learn that returning them would cost me at least $35 to ship back to China, along with a €15 fee. By the time I factored in those costs, I realized I'd only be getting pennies back. They offered me a 25% partial refund, which I reluctantly accepted, as it felt like the best option at that point. However, these shoes are going straight in the trash where they belong.

The customer service was also a nightmare. I reached out three times before I finally received a response. Overall, I do not recommend these shoes or this company to anyone. It's been a disappointing experience, and I would give them two thumbs down. Avoid at all costs!
