Lovely product and relatively fast shipping but the packaging of the product could be lots better. It's a higher end quality product but is packaged in a naff bit of tissue paper. Would be nice to have it in a box or cotton bag.

I purchased a men's jacket HB80 size 48R. It was ordered on the Tuesday afternoon and I was wearing it Thursday morning..... pretty astonishing.
Harris Tweed is renowned globally and it did not disappoint. The quality and craftsmanship are incredible, plus it fits like a glove, so I can say they come up true to size.
From order, dispatch and delivery I was emailed every step of the way and the staff were incredibly friendly.
I can not recommend them and the items highly enough.
I will be returning.

Beautiful, quality items. They shipped to me in the US and the packages arrived in less than week. I bought lovely ballet flats and a carry-on bag. Just gorgeous!!

I have ordered in the past some purses and wallets, the straps were described as leather but are indeed man made. Also they don't respond to email inquiries.. the second issue is that they don't provide boxes for wallets for gift giving.. Lastly they ship their products in an unfriendly manner crammed in a too small plastic bag not very elegant just very impersonal and junky so no I will not shop with them again or recommend..

Harris Tweed is always excellent quality. My order was shipped the following day, much faster than i expected. I am now looking forward to receiving my beautiful coat. I think i'm also going to visit the Isle of Harris Store in Inverness in a month, when travelling through scotland. I would love to buy a scarf there that matches my coat. Greetings from Germany! I'm a little late with my review considering the fact that I got my Harris Tweed jacket back in June. The jacket is very solidly made and of course the Harris Tweed fabric is fantastic, but the lining and fit are also very nice. With my jacket I had also ordered 2 matching scarves. I live in the Netherlands and now that it is colder I wear my jacket regularly. I was already very happy with my Jacket, but because I am only now wearing it regularly, I am only now getting compliments from people about my Harris Tweed jacket. So that's why I realized I wanted to write this review. I definitely plan to have a 2nd jacket made there.

On the 3rd of February I ordered a Harris Tweed Luskentyre Bag from their website. On the 7th of February I was made aware from the post office in my home country that I needed to pay an extra €33.29 in taxes and custom fees for it to be delivered to me as it came from outside of the EU. I wasn't aware of this when I placed my order and Harris Tweed did not warn me about it either. I think they should let their customers know of possible extra fees because not everyone might be aware of it. I received the bag but wasn't satisfied with it, so I messaged them to let them know that I wanted to return it. They were very quick to respond and very professional. I was surprised they didn't offer free returns, most websites do, and when I saw on their website that returns were possible, I just assumed they were free. I should have contacted them beforehand to ask whether they were or not so that is on me. I shipped my bag back to them and paid €21 in shipping fees. I have just received my refund which consisted of €106.

I paid €118 for the bag, €33.29 for the custom fees, €21 in return shipping fees, and then they reimbursed me €106. In total I lost €66.29 euros!!

What a great company to do business with, they are knowledgable about their business and goods that they sell, they are very coutious, friendly and wanting to help you at every stage of the sale, I ordered a Harris Tweed jacket which was too small, not a problem they sorted out a larger size and a credit for the other jacket returned the same day, human contact has to be the way forward, the ease of contact was just so refreshing, instead of all these other companies going down the tech route... not for me any more as I say human contact all the way...Keep up the good work Harris!!!!

I ordered on evening, 2020 dec 17th, shipping was prepared next day, and my items were delivered on dec 30th in Switzerland. I ordered online on this website, because I know the connected shop in Inverness, and I was happy. Thanks a lot for your great service, and the fast delivery (custom service in Switzerland took a bit of time).
