Masons are a privately-owned business and have been a leading UK manufacturer of world class hand pull beer pumps since the early 19th Century. Thanks to the helpful staff of Harry Mason's!!

The staff that I dealt with on-line responded quickly to my inquiries and were helpful in sorting out the shipping cost nightmare of the Mason's website. The actual delivery of the part I ordered was very quick indeed; I live in the central US and I received the item from the UK in 4 days.

Woulda been 5 stars but...

Woulda been 5 stars but the customer service was a bit lacking. I had hoped for someone to walk me througg the equipment I needed to set up a beer engine, but had to figure it out on my own. The equipment seems pretty good.
