We are sorry to hear you ordered the incorrect part for your tap handle. We provide measurements for this product on our website so that customers can check before purchasing. As per our returns policy on our website, we are more than happy to issue a refund for any items you do not wish to keep and provided you with the returns information by email to which you replied. We do need to receive the item back in its original condition before a refund can be given, but you are refusing to send it back. Please send us the item so we can process the refund for you. Hart Plumbing Spares Team
A really good company. If they have the part you want, buy it from Hart Plumbing Spares.
A really good company; a pleasure to deal with; now let's see: they identified the part I needed quickly and correctly, sent the part quickly; one was faulty, so immediately replaced. No fuss, no delay, great customer care. If you know of any other company as good, let's all know about it! I'd buy from them any day. Thanks Tessa!

Nothing too much trouble, first class!!
I bought some hot/cold indicator discs for a mixer tap, a relatively trivial purchase. One cracked after a few months, (unusual manufacturing fault) they sent a gratis replacement immediately without quibble. I also had a very sweet personal reply from Tessa, in response to my email. Restored my faith in humanity. First class company.

Good service (twice) and good website - recommended
Have ordered from them twice now and would happily do so again; I find the website well organised and it provides enough details and photos to confirm that I am ordering the right part. Last year, I needed "Extra Long Flexible Tap Connector - 45cm long (10mm Thread)". This year I needed two different basin clickers to replace broken mechanisms. Both times, the orders were despatched promptly with no fuss and did the job. I can recommend, and would happily order again - except I hope to have no more plumbing problems for a while!
