I ordered some knitted animal socks. Firstly they took nearly 3 months to arrive, when they did arrive the quality was awful and nothing like what they are advertising. The socks I ordered were knitted socks with an animal knitted into them, what arrived were some cheap thin socks with an animals face glued on which is all hard. These cost me £33 USD for 2, when I asked for a refund sending images as to how different they are, all I was offered was a 5USD refund. Please be very careful if you order from this company and do not expect to receive what is being advertised.

I ordered a hand held vacuum cleaner from them. My TOTAL cost originally stated was $37.50. Within the same day my mastercard statement showed they added in an extra $12.14 for TAX!!?? - now $49.39! Thus that same day, I contacted them to cancel my order. Of course they never responded at any time!? Now a month later, I am still waiting for this order. God only knows where it is coming from!

Supposedly bought a set of office chair casters off an ad on Facebook. Received only one. Ad led me to think I was getting 4.

Company is a complete scam. Jacked the price after purchase was made. Trying to contact directly but that is impossible as well.

This is an update to my review. I contacted the company Harvestga.com and told them I had been waiting for my order since November and would contact Paypal to get my money back if they did not have my order here in 24 hours. (It has been sitting in Charleston since 12/27/2024) They told me they would expedite the delivery and send me a new tracking link. When I click the link, it shows that the package originated in Shenzhen, China. According to the first tracking link they gave me, it was originally coming from Ireland. This smells of deceit and fraud. I am contacting PayPal to get my money back. I suggest everyone else does as well.

IF THERE WERE NEGATIVE STATS ID GIVE THEM!!!!
THIS SO CALLED COMPANY CONTINUES TO ARGUE WITH ME INSTEAD OF REFUNDING MY MONEY. I ORDERED A BLUETOOTH BEANIE FOR MY SON MORE THAN TWO MONTHS BEFORE CHRISTMAS. THEY TELL ME THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING UNTIL I RECEIVE IT, THEN RETURN IT FOR A REFUND. SO WONDER HOW LONG THAT WILL TAKE? 6 MONTHS? EVER?
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ABSOLUTELY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Order on Nov 15, 2024 and still have not received, write support they say be patient but not it Dec 30 and still nothing, no updates and they refuse to refund money.
A scam for sure do not use this company. Will be reporting them.

It has been 2 months since I placed my order and still have not received it. The last known tracking was a month ago. I think this site is a scam!! I cannot get any help from customer service. Do not order from this company!!!!

The design of the pants is truly phenomenal. It's casual and very comfortable for everyday use. I also love that it's full-length and loose, making it perfect for all seasons. On the other hand, the shelf has really helped in organizing my kitchen and bathroom with its handy storage space. Both items arrived within 2 weeks. Overall, quite pleased with these goods.
