Was kept up to date with progress and advised of any delays. They regularly reviewed the file and chased the other side when they had not responded to queries etc. Never had to chase due to regular updates.was delighted with the service and the fees were also reasonable. Harvey Baker solicitors were brilliant to work with throughout of house purchase. They were exceptionally organised, efficient and good at communicating throughout. The conveyancing app they use allows you to track the progress of the sale, upload documents, communicate etc… extremely easily which made the sale process less stressful. Natasha and her team were also easily contactable and very helpful in dealing with any issues that arose during our sale. We can’t thank them enough for their professionalism throughout.

Jonathan from Harvey Baker was appointed to do my dad's will. No one in my family had a clue about writing a will as we'd never done one before but Jonathan made the entire process easy and stress free. He explained every step and what he needed from us and when we needed assistance or had questions that needed answering, Jonathan would give us a very quick response via email or make himself available for a telephone call there and then.
