Excellent customer service from both Anna Marksen-Roche and Caroline Jenkinson at the Harvey Jones Bournemouth Showroom. Both went out of their way to help solve a couple of issues with my Harvey Jones kitchen which was installed many years ago. Would definitely recommend a visit to their showroom.

Anna was great with suggestions and brilliant problem-solving for my requests for my new galley kitchen. She kept me realistic with what was and was not possible in my 2m ×2.8m space. I hadn't fully appreciated that the empty space meant the contents had to go somewhere else for a while! Gary made all the preparation necessary and Mark really did hand-paint the units. Both were helpful and gave advice when asked. Very pleased with the outcome of my Quooker tap for boiling water. Caroline was helpful and welcoming when I first stepped into the Westbourne showroom. I'd seen an advert in a local magazine and went out of curiosity. Both Anna and Caroline were able to offer guidance and reassurance on the project. Nothing was too much trouble with Harvey Jones.

Anna, our designer, was fantastic. She listened to what we wanted and brought our ideas to life with a layout that is both stylish and functional. The fitters, Step and Damien, did an excellent job of fitting the kitchen; completing everything on time and to a very high standard. The painters, Mark and Alan, were equally professional; their work was tidy, efficient and, just like the fitters, they paid attention to detail.

What also stood out was just how well any follow-up issues were handled. On the two occasions that a problem arose, Graham dealt with them very quickly and without any fuss. That kind of service really makes a difference.

We are very pleased with all aspects of our Harvey Jones experience and would happily recommend the company to anyone considering a new kitchen.

We got our Harvey Jones Kitchen from the Westbourne showroom in Dorset. Our Kitchen designer, Anna was fantastic. Anna listened to everything we wanted and designed a fantastic kitchen. Anna was very happy and flexible going back and forth with small amendments until we were 100% happy. The skill of the kitchen fitters and the painter was exceptional. We are delighted with our kitchen and would highly recommend Harvey Jones, and if you are in Dorset, Anna as your kitchen designer.

We chose Harvey Jones Bournemouth to design and fit our new kitchen.

Our Designer was Anna and she was amazing. She is extremely skilled and takes the time to check the details of the design to ensure the kitchen will look right whilst ensuring its functionality as a working space.

We had a couple of bespoke pieces designed and Anna made sure everything would line up and be balanced.

The delivery was seamless, Philip was our fitter and he was a real craftsman. It was painted by Mark who is a perfectionist and Graham oversaw the end result which was perfect.

The kitchen looks fabulous and is a pleasure to spend time in and to cook in. We are over the moon with the professionalism of Harvey Jones team and their service kitchen is beautiful.

Great quality, beautiful design, and good workmanship on the installation. The staff in the showroom were exceptionally helpful in helping us narrow down what we wanted and designed exactly what we had in mind. Everyone has commented on what a beautiful kitchen it is.
