Brilliant company! Had two bay windows and a front door fitted. The finish is great, Steve and Grant who fitted everything are so good at what they do and the finish is brilliant! Working with a wonky old house is hard and they done great!

Very happy with the installation of 4 new windows by Ed & Dean, they have completed a lovely job, very polite cleaned up too. When I can afford to get more windows replaced I would call Hastings Windows.

Lost a potential few customers here today Hastings Windows!!! How your obnoxious driver feels it's okay and safe to pull out Infront of a coach of school children this morning is beyond me! He even then had the ordasidy to give abuse to the coach driver! I could see the teachers on board where not happy with his driving! He didn't even look and the coach was already going past him! He just tried to pull into the side of the coach! Luckily the driver saw him and swiftly applied the brake. Rude and unprofessional on your part Hastings window. Some of us pedestrians all said we definitely won't be using your services. Shameful!

I’m hugely impressed with this company. I had all the windows replaced in my flat. Great service, totally reliable, good communication, great windows. All you could ask for. A very happy customer.

Good installation and have been telling friends and family how pleased we were until today after heavy rain we developed quite a bad leak gushing into the bedroom soaking a chair a new carpet and linen box.
I used lots of towels to soak up the water and wedged some more into where the water was coming in.
Rang Hastings Windows and unbelievable response was someone could come to check it out in two weeks time.

I had double glazing installed by this company nearly 10 years ago. The installation was swift and professional the windows have been trouble free. However, recently a few of the units have started to display symptoms of breaking down, so I contacted them to ask if they could be replaced under the guarantee. They instantly agreed to come and view the units, and measured up for replacements. Their customer service and follow up care has been excellent and their guarantee is solid.

We've used Hastings Windows for repeated installations over several years as they are a reliable, trustworthy company who do an excellent job. They also provide a very good after sales service. A really friendly, professional company who look after the customer. One product they also provide are integral blinds within their sealed window units which look brilliant without the hassle of dusting.
