I truly love the products from The Hatch Chile Store. Every year I buy fresh picked hatch Chile’s and roast them at my home in Pennsylvania. It’s my favorite day of the year when they arrive! Even my UPS delivery driver comments on the fabulous aroma in her truck that day! I use the dried hatch chile powder, both red and green, regularly. These exceptional ingredients give me a taste of New Mexico.

I ordered hot chile but what I received was medium to mild. Still very tasty but I was a bit disappointed.

Great chile! Used to roast my own, but buying the ones that are roasted and chopped helps a lot. Don't get such good chile in Alabama!

I had been ordering your first batch of chili from you with no issues until this year. Y’all sent me a box with mostly red chili not green. I immediately reached out to you when I received them about my issue and you just blew me off. If you had sent me from your first crop, it would not have been red! So I will no longer order from you again.

When I’ve called they are friendly and very helpful, answering all my questions. The product is great and they take care to ship fresh chile products.I have ordered from THC for several years and plan to continue.

Hatch's is the only chili's we use! Every thing from the frozen to the chopped. The customer service is above and beyond and should there be a problem (usually my goof) it is handled with grace and caring. Above all do not glance over the recipes, we have those we have used for years and are a family favorite! Best of the best, thank you for your ever growing service and products. We have used Hatch's for years!

I didn't purchase! I cancelled the order. Shipping with protection was over $50.00. Way too high!

The tamales were wonderful! Arrived here frozen and I didn't freeze them all, I had to try some. DELICIOUS!!!!! I just wish I lived a little closer, so I could get more!

the rellanos were pretty much inedible. had to use a steak knife to cut them. the chimichangas were good.
