I found some chairs in the closing down sale that were a good price in the sale. I was helped by Janette Evans who was keen the chairs were in good order as they were ex demo ones. Janette was very helpful in assisting me with my check of the chairs and my decision to carry home the chairs as lived within walking distance. I returned for the second chair to be greeted by a smiling Janette to ensure I safely left with the chair. A very impressive experience and hope to see Janette in the refurbished new store.

The whole transaction was handled seamlessly.From saleroom to delivery nothing was too much trouble.
Sean and Kieran had everything in place very efficiently and with great care when they arrived as well as giving us plenty of warning of their arrival. All much appreciated.

Paul and Chris delivered our sofa. When they first arrived, we were all a bit concerned that the size of the sofa meant it wouldn’t come through the door but they didn’t let that defeat them. Instead they took one of the internal doors off and moved some other furniture and managed to get the sofa in. Once the sofa is in they put the door back returned all the furniture to where it should go and despite the weather being extremely hot they didn’t complain once they were very helpful very friendly and done a fantastic job.

Recently purchased LVT flooring from Hatfields. The service received from start to finish was outstanding. The fitting has been done to absolute perfection. We were so impressed we have been back already to purchase our dining furniture.

The service from start to finish was high quality. Excellent choice of high quality and unusual high-end products. Excellent showroom and friendly and helpful staff.

A big thank you to Kieren and Sean who delivered 6 chairs to me and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They called about half an hour before arriving, brought the chairs to the room I wanted them in and all with a smile. Thank you very much,

The 2 delivery men who delivered our recent bed purchase (Paul & Chris) were a credit to Hatfields. Both were very polite and helpful - and the bed is fine!

Had a single chair for over a year now.. Original was delivered with the seat not level. Agreed to a repair but after seat was replaced exact same problem. They agreed to exchange.. 10 weeks later heard from them to say that the replacement had a tear so we had to wait a further 7 weeks..this one just turned up with same issue plus other problems so rejected it..Hatfields response was that there was not a problem with the replacement, which there clearly was..Offered for the items to be collected and refunded..the issue here is that we are over a year on and found other furniture and decorated to match..to bring to a close requested a 20% refund, which felt was fair for a faulty item. They refused this and offered £50 which we had no choice other than to accept.. just wanted to make other people aware of their approach with no regard to ongoing problem and inconvenience..We were surprised after being a loyal customer for many years.. Will now use Glasswells of Ipswich 100% of the time in future who really do look after their customers.
