Customer service is next to none. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size and they were so helpful with sending me the correct size. Bras are beautifully comfortable.

I found their customer service excellent. It could not be better. I ordered the wrong size bras and they have handled the problem superbly. Prompt and polite; I could not have asked for better attention.

Nach dem mir die bestellten Schuhe leider zum klein waren,bat ich die Fa. Gofrei mir die Schuhe umzutauschen, was mir nach einem Meinungsaustausch auch zugesichert wurde.Der Service war sehr schnell und sehr bemüht eine für beide Seiten zufriedenstellende Lösung zu finden.Dies wurde dann auch umgesetzt. Vielen Dank !

The bras is beautiful! Well made and lots of support. It’s very pretty and feminine.

Ich habe Schuhe bezahlt und mir wurde bei der Abbuchung MAID IN HON KONG es sind 41.68 von der Firma Hatme abgebucht wurden aber ich habe die Schuhe bis zum heutigen TAG Datum 29.08.2025 nicht bekommen!!?

Objednal jsem si z dobré a pestré nabídky a dobré ceně a při placení jsem měl potíže (vlastní nešikovností). Bylo mi obratem dána informace a objednávku jsem dokončil. Dodání bylo rychlé, ale při rozbalení jsem zjistil, že jsem pro zvolený typ zvolil příliš malou velikost. Bylo mi zase nabídnuto obratem (během weekendu!) dobré řešení.

Habe vor Monaten! ein Blutzuckermessgerät bestellt. Es ist nie angekommen. Auf einmal hieß es ich solle erneut Versandkosten überweisen. Meiner Aufforderung das Geld bitte retour zu überweisen wurde nicht nachgekommen. Seit Wochen schreibe ich immer wieder die gleiche E-Mail mit der Bitte um Stornierung. Aber ohne Erfolg! Hatme hat mein Geld, ich aber kein Produkt! Finger Weg!
