Hatton Jewellers Opiniões

Really easy website, great quality products and next day delivery. Great service

Dealing with Hatton was a fantastic experience! Their service was impeccable and I’m more than happy with the gold crucifix I ordered! I would highly recommend them! I received my crucifix 2 days after I ordered it and it came with a certificate! Thank you so much Hatton.. excellent!👍

Easy service and lovely product nicely presented in gift box.only reason not a 5star was that it was a long wait for the product to be delivered and payment had been taken at purchase.

Great Product and a great price exactly what it said on the promotion.I shall be purchasing further products from Hattons Jewellers again in the future

I had to return the item the service was very good good the refund was processed quickly with no problems.

Regarding my recent purchase from this company I found the service exemplary and the product arrived the very next day. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Very happy with my order not first time I ordered and won’t be the last.

The Company offers products on their website that are not in stock.
I found earrings that I wanted to purchase. They offered me the choice of ordering in line or to get into the Branch at Chelmsford.
I opted to travel to the premises in Chelmsford but then I was informed that they were out of stock.
The Chelmsford premises had zero earrings in the shop so a complete waste of time.
I had already sent a photo of the earrings to my wife and now I have to give her the bad news.
Not very professional !!

I ordered a Russian wedding ring from Hatton Jewellers. The price was very reasonable and it arrived the next day. I am very pleased with my purchase, it is exactly what I wanted and seems to be excellent quality. Highly recommend!

Very beautiful and an amazingly fabulous product

During the buying process I needed some specific support which was provided (by a human!). The exchange was prompt, efficient and courteous and enabled me to make a decision very easily. I also received very prompt attention during the check out process after a discount code erroneously failed. This was resolved quickly with the full discount applied. The product is really superb but the service was exemplary

Ordered a bracelet over a month ago, still haven’t even dispatched it. When you contact them they provide a tracking number which also confirms Royal Mail is waiting for them to send it. Absolute joke. Paid for quicker delivery and nothing.

Bought a rope chain from you guys and a st Christopher pendant. I love it but it’s just abit to expensive for the weight of gold you get for it.

An excellent, swift and efficient service - a breath of fresh air! Thank you!
