Based in Milwaukee, we have provided motorcycle transport since 1988. We are licensed and fully insured. Your motorcycle will be moved using a specialty shipping system designed and tested to protect against damage and wear. Our drivers provide detailed inspection reports to the shipper and recipient with each move. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Not as good as my past experience

This was my 4th motorcycle delivery using Haul Bikes and frankly, this most recent experience paled in comparison with my previous experiences, I was very disappointed. But let me be clear, the transportation itself was top notch and my bike was delivered in perfect condition and with the utmost care and attention to detail. My disappointment stems from the complete lack of communication throughout the pickup and delivery process. Twice the pickup from the dealer was canceled last minute and I found out after the fact. Then after pickup I had to pull teeth to get delivery information. Calls and emails were not returned. I heard from the driver on the day of delivery, before I heard from the home office scheduler. This was a far cry from the previous 3 experiences I had with this company, so hopefully it was a fluke. The driver was great, by the way. I’ll have to think hard before deciding if I’ll take a chance with my next delivery.

I have used haul bikes several times…

I have used haul bikes several times and this particular transaction has left my customer upset over a month for the shipman of an atv. I need a new shipper this isnt working out.sorry you guys failed on this one.

Zero communication as to pick up or…

Zero communication as to pick up or delievery. Motorcycle was held for almost 2 months before final delievery. If your company would have disclosed to myself before hiring you it would be such a long period for delivery. I asked for the motorcycle to placed on a trickle charger since i had just purchased and had installed a new battery at the dealership. That was not done and the motorcycle was completely dead to the point i had to pay to purchase another battery.

With todays technology there is zero reason why communication from your company was horrible.

You were way off on your estimated…

You were way off on your estimated delivery date. Instead of 4 weeks, it took 6½ weeks. I had to make multiple calls to see whether or not you lost my bike. The additional delay forced me to change my plans so I could pick up my bike and not have the receiving dealer sit on it for days. I'm about to travel for several weeks and this almost overlapped with the beginning of my trip. Had that happened, the dealer would have needed to keep my bike there for several weeks instead of a day or two. Sure, my bike arrived intact and working fine, but the expectation was that you knew what you were doing, and have been doing this long enough so when you give a customer a delivery estimate, it's not off by another 50%+.

You did not meet my expectations. I was told your company was the best. It took 46 days. I could have almost WALKED from Arizona to Florida in 46 days.

I’m a little torn with this rating…

I’m a little torn with this rating because theoretically my bike did arrive. However, it arrived weeks late. I had to continuously hunt down haul bikes for information and it was really unfair. I’m not sure if they’re the best of all evils but if you have the opportunity to search elsewhere I would.

First and last part of the journey was great

First part of the journey was great. Got regular updates until it got to the first hub. Then, dead air and there was zero communication unless I initiated it. The last driver in the journey was excellent, he gets 5 stars. 2 months to get a bike cross country? Insane.

Communication from Andrea at hub and…

Communication from Andrea at hub and the driver David Patrone were excellent. They kept me in the loop entire process which was marred only by longer delay with bike waiting at Thelma’s Vegas hub. Would give 5 stars if it wasn’t longer than expected but the people were great.

Tobias was friendly and great communication, I did email the sales rep Andrea and she never replied to my email. I had to call. Other than that it was a great experience and well worth the money. Thank you

Overall dependable

Overall, great price, driver very friendly.
Took a few weeks longer than originally guesstimated. Brother in law stated wind deflector was broken, but an easy fix and replacement.
Ladies on the phone, very professional and informative on where-about of bike locations as it was moved around.

There was no run around and I appreciate that people were up front when I called as far as timelines. I initially did not have any blackout dates, but once there was such a delay and delivery I had to arrange a blackout week while I was out of town. Other than that everything was just fine

STOP AND READ REVIEWS

STOP AND READ REVIEWS. Once the contract is signed, they take your bike hostage and become a company that stops caring about the customer. The secretary, Andrea Kloeden, becomes rude after signing contract during phone calls and will no longer answer emails. She will blame it on short staffing. Your bike will be delivered a month after the initial month eta. Better to just spend a bit more else where a d get bike much faster. They will not inform you where bike is at. They will leave your bike weeks on end in a transfer warehouse waiting another driver. This will be blamed on trucks going down. Terrible experience.
