Haven Birmingham 

The goods are much lower quality than described and looked different to the pictures. The returns address in China does not exist as my goods have been returned back to me as address unknown.
I had a very polite response to my emails but they said nothing could be done until the goods were returned - so they were secure in the knowledge it was impossible to get the products back to them.

Bought six of the Polo shirts for a holiday. Took a while to come but that was fine as there were regular updates. I was happy with the quality and fit. Items didn't have washing instructions and I contacted Haven who replied quickly with advice. All items washed well and continue to wear them.

Goods eventually arrived, terrible quality asked for a refund, told 10% if I kept the m which I refused got a return address in China so paid for their return on the 30th May 25,after waiting for a month still no refund apparently they were being held in custom this continued until the e -maiis stopped, no contact at all then parcel arrived back on the 24th September to me so wasted time & money this scam of a company.

Further to my previous review - was offered a 10% refund, refused then offered 20% ? I refused again and contacted PayPal. Was then offered 50% if I cancelled ny PayPal complaint. PayPal advised me not to cancel as if I did I could not rescind the cancellation if refund not received from Haven. I do not trust Haven as they have already proved untrustworthy with their advertising, baring no relationship to goods sent and false representation by inferring that they were Birmingham based.

Chinese rip off company - DO NOT USE

Ordered a large but was sent an XXXL complained 14 times by email sent pictures argued for ages
Told them they were in breach of consumer protection act 2010 to no avail

In the end gave up and received a 25% credit

In hindsight should have contacted Master Card to sort them out

LEASON LEARNT THE HARD WAY

The sizes were completely wrong for what they should have been.The two shirts were both XL, but one of them had sleeves which were 4 inches shorter than the other.The quality was poor.So when I tried to return them for a refund, which become impossible as they insisted they were to be sent back to the China factory, not to Cannok in the UK,where they were posted from.
Needles to say I shall never purchase anything from Haven Birmingham again !!!

Like previous reviews, I was sent an item of poor quality and the wrong size. When I contacted the company they suggested I should send it back to China or they would refund 10% and I could gift it to someone.

I only gave them 1 star because there is no option to leave none. The worse clothing I have ever seen. So bad I wouldn't even use it to clean my car. Poorly made, shockingly bad dye. Nothing like the images in their adverts. This company should be shut down.

This is a fraudulent operation. Selling junk and making refunds and returns impossible. They give the impression they are British but are in fact Chinese. Don't go near them. They will steal your money.

This is a Chinese company and not based in the uk which they should make clear in their advertising. You can only tell when you look at the delivery times as they are 10 days or more.
The polo tops I bought are supposed to be cotton- not sure on this but don’t really care as long as they are comfortable and wash well.
On the positive side both top in my view are as advertised. They fit as expected and are comfortable. The colour is about right.
I held off reviewing until I’d washed them and they wash ok on cold wash cycle. I wouldn’t try tumble drying though the wash label says you can on cool setting. The label also says made in China.
On delivery mine took 14 days but they did provide good tracking which shows they were sent by air freight and delivered by DX in the uk.
As for value for money I do think they are overpriced - the quality of mine is fair but not I think worth what I paid £29 each. I would consider them a bargain if I had two for that price so I won’t be using this company again.
Some reviews have said this company is a scam but you will receive your ordered items eventually but they are over priced and misrepresent where they are based. So only 2 stars form me. By the look of other reviews returning anything to the company in china seems to be a serious issue. I guess I’m luck I haven’t had to do this.

Tried to return a polo shirt, much too big and poor quality.

Upon contacting Haven Birmingham to return the garment and receive a refund as per my consumer rights, they offered a 10% refund and stated that I could then keep the garment. I refused the offer, and they then offered a 20% refund and said I could then keep the garment. I have refused the second offer.

They then said I could return the item to their warehouse in China at my own expense, and I would be given a refund. I feel that there was a deception here in calling themselves Haven Birmingham, which made me assume I was dealing with a company based in the UK rather than China; the cost of return postage to China would be prohibitive, and also would be in breach of my consumer rights for buying online.

This company masquerades as a UK Company but is 100 percent Chinese.
They advertise easy returns or exchanges but don’t proved that service. I bought 3 shirts at 2 XL. They took 2 weeks to arrive, one of them was 3XL so of no use.
I requested a return and exchange I was offered a 10% refund and keep the useless shirt! After protracted exchanges I am no further forward and they will only refund if I return the shirt to China at my own expense. I won’t throw good money after bad so they have managed to steal £28.00 from me. Do NOT buy from this company if you want UK guarantees.

Company creates a perception that it’s UK based with associated trading standards. Items sold are really poor quality and returns must be made to China. Avoid dealing with this company. Owners also trade under similarly styled company names that create the same perception but are a scam- e.g. Harrison-Liverpool.

I ordered 3 polo shirts all the same size. All 3 were different sizes 1 was huge 1 wouldn't have fitted a 10 year old and the one that did fit was covered in white blotches.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A RIP OFF

My order for four shirts hasn't arrived after 6 days and I'm becoming very suspicious of it being a major scam; let alone feeling very foolish about succumbing to such...

The quality of the goods is very poor, long delivery time and the sizing is nowhere near right. I think they have simply one size for Polo shirts and put a Medium (in my case) label in the bag. Also unable to contact them as the email address they publish is not recognised. Absolutely not recommended.

Ordered item on 10/8/2025. Nothing has arrived and after reading reviews I don’t expect. Don’t think this is a UK company the name of the person who answered my email is Arabic and would imagine working somewhere in the Middle East. Just a complete scam. Do not buy anything . You’ve been warned !!!

Complete scam. The shirt was absolute rubbish and smelt of urine. Nothing like the photographs on their webpage.

I feel very stupid for falling for this Chinese return scam.
