This is my 4th car I have brought from carxchange I would highly recommend getting a used car from these guys, you don't get harassed by a pushy salesman while looking around, everything is explained in detail and any faults are fixed before you collect the car great job again guys!

This is the second car that I have bought from Haverhill Car Xchange and I would highly recommend them. They always have a good selection of cars and prices to suit my budget. The staff, especially Josh was friendly and not at all pushy and allowed me a test drive. He went through all the paperwork upon collection, including taxing it. They sorted out a tiny snag with some missing trim, with ease, before collecting the car a week later. I'm chuffed with the new car and would buy another one from them in the future.

I brought a car from here a few months back and the service was amazing ! I got abit upset because the car broke the first day I picked it up after calling them they quickly rectified the issue and was so lovely keeping me up to date ! The problem was solved within 2 days and I had the car back within ! Thank’you so much

Friendly staff and good service. I bought a used car from them. We identified a couple of issues which they sorted for me and purchase was fine.

Highly recommended used car sales, these guys went above & beyond to help me purchase my used car. Polite, not pushy, answered my questions & went through the cars history, left me to have a look around the cars I was interested in & allowed me to have a descent test drive. Once I decided to go ahead & purchase the car, they explained their warranty that's included in the purchase price & didn't push an extended warranty onto me. They even fitted my phone holder !! (It was specifically for my Audi & needed the air vents removing) Thanks John, I would not hesitate to recommend you.

I recently purchased my new car from Haverhill Car Xchange.

From looking online to eventually visiting the site to look at the vehicles face to face, the whole shopping experience has been a joy. It can be a challenging to find the right vehicle for a long term investment but the guys at Haverhill Car Xchange made the whole process a lot easier for us.

We had some questions online before we visited the site which they kindly answered out of hours. When we had an idea of what vehicles we liked and arrange a test drive, we were welcomed with a smile and all our questions were answered in a polite manor.

When we decided on the car we had some further questions and actions that were all answers very promptly and all actions were fulfilled.

We collected the car recently and are very happy with the purchase, the whole family feels safe in our new car.

Amazing service, made the process super easier and quick

I purchased a car recently from Haverhill and the whole experience has been 5 stars. I looked at the car online, called them and had my car delivered to my door 5 days later, with all the documents in place and completely hassle-free. The whole transaction was straight forward, honest and simple. They recommended the extended warranty and explained that they cover the warranty provided that you take the car to them, but being over a 100 miles away, it would not be suitable for me. So they offered this nationwide scheme.
I must admit I was a bit nervous buying a car online, but I'm pleased with the level of service from Josh and John at Haverhill. Next purchase I will definitely look at their stock!

This is the third time we have purchased a car from Haverhill Car Exchange. We wouldn't go anywhere else now. They have a large stock of used cars. We previously had a 54 plate Vauxhall Zafira and then changed to a newer one 5 years later 60 plate which we've had about 6 years. We never had any problems with either of them. The staff are very helpful and answer any questions you ask. Our latest car a Kuga is lovely, very clean inside and out and had a service and we asked them to do the cambelt and water pump for piece of mind. We never felt we were pressured into buying a car from them on any of the three occasions. The car was ready and waiting for us to collect on time just a bit of paperwork to do. Thank you to all the staff at Haverhill car xchange. We will be back in a good few years for an upgrade.

Great service today at Haverhills car xchange, left to look as long as I wanted, not pushy and when I was ready to work out a deal they were very accommodating. I left a mat behind (my bad) as I left and they’re posting it out to me. Every confidence that I’ve got a good deal. Highly recommended.
