I bought a corsa from the guys at Haverhill car exchange and it was honestly the most easiest thing to do, they were very helpful polite and professional. The car is amazing and was throughly cleaned before I collected it along with a service and once over by a mechanic. I would highly recommend these guys to get a car I know in the future I’ll be back.

They advertise themselves as a highly rated car dealer but are anything but.
We bought a car from them 5 months ago and the exhaust fell apart after 2000 miles. It turned out the car had failed the mot 4 days before purchase, and they did a bodged temporary patch on it to get it through the mot, which barely lasted 2000 miles for the same thing that it failed on. After they said they would look at it they ( after a month of having the car ) replaced the rear exhaust and we were charged for clearing the dpf and replacing a pressure pipe. We thought ok as long as the car is working now, so paid them for their onsite mechanic to finish the work, and collected the car, having told us there were no error codes showing. On the journey home within 20 mins 2 errors showed up on the dashboard, so they clearly hadn’t tested it at all. Their comment, well it’s a 2nd hand car, so you have to expect this, even though all the problems have been exhaust related which was the problem that failed the mot before purchase.
They have been a nightmare to deal with and we still have a car that we can’t use, without spending even more money on it.
Do not waste your money with these guys, what you buy from them is likely to be a money pit. Lee your response is as expected a work of fiction. More than half of what you have said here is a lie to mitigate the abysmal service you operate. You have ripped off my son by selling a piece of junk which 5 months later is falling apart. You should be ashamed of yourself and your pitiful operation

I’ve purchased a few cars from these guys over the years and the service has always been excellent. Honest guys. Being in the motor trade myself, I get to see lots of car sales and I would say Haverhill car XChange is as good as anyone with their value and customer services. I found Haverhill car xchange through the AA, i found the car I've been after a Ford Focus at a very reasonable price, i sent an email and within half an hour i got a response, i asked for a specific day and time to test drive the car,which was accommodated. I was met with a lovely lad who took me on the test drive, he wasn't pushy or trying to get any deal, he answered all my questions, i felt so relaxed, after the test drive i decided to purchase the car, i was explained to fully about the warranty, what will be done to the car and was given a date and time to collect. I then collected the car on the date given, where again a lovely man went through all the documentation, helped me to tax the car and made sure i had insured the vechile. I have to say i would highly recommend this garage, they are so friendly, not pushy, honest people. Would definitely purchase another vehicle through them again.

Initially after purchase had a few issues with delivery & communication partly due to problems beyond Haverhills control. Have received car and to date all good and as described in advert.
The only negative is the contact with them is a little slower than I would have expected otherwise very pleased with service.

I have had 3 cars from Car Exchange over the last 17yrs, bought my 3rd car from Roger and Paul last November , never had any problems with the cars I've had from them, Vauxhall Zafira, Fiat Qubo and now a Citroen C4 , when I first got it developed a squeaky front brake after a fortnight , took it back and Roger had it repaired and back to me the next day, thanks Roger and the team always profesional , best service ive ever had from car sales garage in over 40yrs of driving , unlike the worst car sales garage i've ever bought a car from thats up on Boundary road do not go there for a car please, bought a car that went really wrong in the first month and they did not want to know and car was not cheep .

I would like to say that i dealt with josh and paul great communication, always there to help ,friendly ,lots of lovely cars and i love my smax and great value for money and there to help you with affordable finance

Well, where shall I start!! Firstly, I would say DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. Don’t be misled by SOME of the good reviews! I purchased a car back in November and have had nothing but trouble with it. After having it a week the service light come on – it needed oil, so I took it back to the garage as I was told it was serviced by Haverhill car exchange. After speaking with Roger, I was told it’s like a MINI engine very thirsty for oil apparently, so he whisked it off for some more oil and turned the light off. After another week of having the car, the same thing happened again, more oil needed! So back we went to Haverhill for them to tell me the same thing. Another week passed and the light come on again but this time whilst I was driving on the M25 the car then went into limp mode, after calling Roger again the car had to go back to Haverhill to be looked at, this time to be told it’s something to do with the gasket. so, they had the car for 2 days to repair this issue. Perhaps that’s why the oil light come on in the first place? Surely this should have been picked up in the first instances. Oh, so Maybe not so thirsty like a MINI then? I then collected the car, and all seemed to be going smooth…. BUT next… the exhaust falls off. it may sound funny, but I wasn’t laughing when Haverhill car exchange didn’t want to help me at all with the issue, I was then footed with a £345.00 to get the work completed. I let that pass and moved on... only to be faced this week with the car not starting, it now needs a new starter motor, another £312 to get this issue fixed. With all the issues I have had so far and costs of not having a car and getting to and from Haverhill were looking at another £1000. Totally totally unacceptable and I would never ever return to this place they call a business. Or would I recommend it to any person I know…. STAY AWAY….

Purchased my Ford transit here and the experience was second to none. Customer service was brilliant and was offered a fair price on my trade in . The wing mirrors were replaced on my request without question

Visited 2 weeks ago to view a Golf I'd got on hold. Was met by Roger and had good look around under no pressure at all with no rush. Offered test drive and happy with that decided to go through with purchase for collection following weekend. Payment and all paperwork dealt with smoothly during the week and arrived to collect car greeted by Ben who (very rare for any garage) offered to run over all the controls; nice touch but not needed. Car drove home perfectly as expected and wife pleased. Nice expreience for a change; worth a visit.
