Great beer, well packaged and delivered on time. Only problem is there is no option to have the delivery redirected to a safe place and the box just gets left on the door step where anyone can see it and therefore potentially steal it.

The pils lager is delicious. Had a problem with delivery but that was quickly sorted out by the staff.
Will definitely keep buying in the future as my family keep taking bottles home with them

I had a delivery issue (yodel delivered to wrong address) so I contacted Hawkstone to explain and they refunded my delivery charge and asked if I would prefer refund or replacement for my order. I chose replacement and it was dealt with with understanding, compassion, personally and promptly

Well my experience so far. The beer is F**king good. The packaging is well designed and turns up on time safe and sound every time.
Plus knowing the beer is brewed in the UK by our hard working farmers is the icing on the cake.

Was a little concerned when the delivery company was Yodel that it might end up lost or on the roof, but all arrived unscathed.

Easy and very prompt. The products sampled so far are brilliant. Lager is refreshing, zesty and very very tasty and the Black is even better than Guinness.
