What I liked:
- good transport management
- helpful and understanding team
- always there if you had questions
- doctor tries to reach the best results

What I didn‘t like / improvment:
- consultation with the doctor before the operation was very short
- no 3D representation of your nose expectations
- consultation at the same day as the operation
- administration goes very fast, couldn‘t read everything through, received no copies of papers
- didn‘t receive water during stay at the hospital

I had a very seamless experience with the Kale Clinic and Dr.Hayati. I knew from the moment that I saw my table pictures it reaffirmed the fact that I made the right decision! All of the staff were friendly and kind! No need to be concerned as they will make the process as streamlined as possible. I’m very excited to see the final results with time

Ho prenotato l’operazione con il dottor hayati kale il 26 febbraio. Yassin era l’assistente che mi ha seguito durante il pre-operatorio e il post operatorio, è stato gentilissimo dall’inizio alla fine. Abbiamo fatto la consultazione tramite foto e il dottore mi ha spiegato tutto quello che era possibile fare e tutti i problemi che erano legati al mio caso. Deviazione nasale, punta abbassata, columella troppo sviluppata, punta storta e lati non asimmetrici. Dopo aver dato degli esempi di come volevo il risultato abbiamo fissato la visita preliminare a l’operazione a Istanbul, il 5 marzo. Mi hanno fatto le analisi preliminari e il 6 mattina, ho prima incontrato il dottore per discutere degli ultimi dettagli e poi mi hanno preparato per l’operazione. Il tutto è durato 4 ore perché il mio caso era difficile da trattare. Il post operatorio non è stato doloroso, forse fastidioso per via del gonfiore. Dopo 8 giorni ho levato il gessetto e i tamponi, il naso era gonfio ma il risultato era BELLISSIMO, il dottore kale mi ha anche rassicuro dicendomi che se c’era qualcosa da revisionare non ci sarebbero stati problemi, ma non prima di un anno perché dobbiamo aspettare che il naso si sgonfi e i tessuti si stabilizzano. Ad oggi è passato un mese e sono ancora seguito da Yassin che risponde a tutte le mie domande consultandosi con il dottore, il naso si sgonfia giorno dopo giorno ma il risultato è bellissimo, e nel caso ritornerò a fare qualche piccolo ritocco con grande piacere nelle mani esperte del dottor kale. Lo consiglio a tutte le persone che vogliono un naso perfetto per il proprio viso ma senza perdere la naturalezza, così da non avere un effetto artificiale ma naturale.

I had a revision rhinoplasty operation 1 year ago. I told Mr. Kale what I wanted. He explained everything to me in detail. He was very attentive. Both before and after the operation. I would also like to thank his team. They answered all my questions. All my edema is gone now. He said that it would take a long time for the edema to go away because I have thick skin. I wish I had had the operation earlier. I shouldn't have waited so long.

Onlangs ben ik geopereerd aan mijn neus in Istanbul bij dr. Hayati Kale. Zowel de dokter als de assistende hebben mij in deze procedure heel goed ondersteund en geholpen. Ondanks dat ik last minute een afspraak heb gemaakt, ben ik zo goed geholpen. Van het moment dat ik in het ziekenhuis lag tot het moment dat ik vertrok heb ik altijd iemand bij me gehad ter ondersteuning. Ik was zelf erg zenuwachtig en angstig in het begin maar alles gaf zo een vertrouwen dat het niet meer nodig was. Dr Hayati Kale legse mij voor de operatie alles heel goed uit. Hij kwam zijn woorden na en dat merkte ik goed na mijn operatie! Het is nu 2 weken geleden, ondanks het vocht ziet het er zo goed uit! Er wordt dagelijk gevraagt hoe het met me gaat. Ik krijg dagelijke informatie en de asisstente Busra is altijd goed bereikbaar voor al mijn vragen en zorgen! Ik ben zeer tevreden over het proces voor en na mijn operatie. Met een gerust hart kan ik zeggen; ben je van plan? Doe het bij hem! Ik bedank hun nogmaals voor alles!

Jag är super nöjd!
Tidigare hade jag sne näsa och brosk på näsan och ena sidan hade jag lite svårt att andas ifrån.
Jag drog ut på tiden, då jag var osäker på olika kliniker förrän mina vänner hade besökt Kale och alla recensioner som jag har läst och tittat runt var det endast Hayati Kale som gjorde naturliga näsor som jag önskade mig.
Jag blev omhändertagen och kände mig nöjd efter operation.

Süreç boyunca detaylı bilgi vermesi ve iletişimi kaybetmeden ilgisi bu konuda ne denli profesyonel ve işini ciddiyetle yaptığının bir kanıtıydı. Operasyon sonrasında ise yapılması gerekenleri detaylarıyla anlatması neticesinde tedavi sürecimin çok hafif şekilde devam etmesinde büyük bir rol oynadı.
