Hayley Bonnick Marketing is a marketing consultancy based in Salford, helping small businesses get their marketing working properly. Most clients come in with a mix of activity but no clear direction. Money’s being spent, but it’s not obvious what’s actually driving leads. That’s usually where I come in. I fix messy marketing setups, stop wasted spend, and get lead generation doing what it’s supposed to do. A lot of my work focuses on B2B lead generation through SEO, content, paid ads and AI search, but always with a practical, joined-up approach. I lead the strategy and stay hands-on, bringing in trusted specialists when needed. I mainly work with women-led businesses who want straight answers and marketing that makes sense.

Hayley was a genuine game-changer for our team.
She came in with a wealth of experienced that was desperately needed at the time. Hayley brought a new approach and real structure. Hayley built systems that we still use today and streamlined how we communicated across the business, and forged partnerships that opened doors we hadn’t thought to knock on.
If you’re looking for someone who can bring order, momentum, and genuine marketing expertise to your business, I wouldn’t hesitate. Highly recommended.
