Das Fahrrad war bei Erhalt technisch…

Das Fahrrad war bei Erhalt technisch mangelhaft, da die Akkuführung/Verriegelung nicht richtig funktionierte. Trotz zugestellter Retoure zog sich die Bearbeitung über Wochen. Die Kommunikation war widersprüchlich, statt einer klaren Aufhebung der Finanzierung kam nur ein Zahlungsaufschub. Zusätzlich wurde eine aus meiner Sicht unzutreffende Behauptung zur Rücksendung aufgestellt. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend.

In diesem Fall wurde das Fahrrad über Decathlon bestellt, daher unterliegt die Abwicklung deren internen Richtlinien, auf die wir keinen Einfluss haben.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Meldung. Wir werden Decathlon darüber informieren, dass solche Vorfälle künftig reibungsloser abgewickelt werden können und sollten, um ein erneutes Auftreten zu verhindern.

Schneller Kontakt und hilfsbereit

Der Kontakt zur Firma ist schnell und zügig und vor allem geduldig.
Nicht gleich abgenervt wenn man fragen hat.
Schließlich sind es ja auch keine Kleinbeträge.
Der Versand mit der Spedition auch sehr schnell,2Tage, allerdings kündigen diese sich nicht an.
Ich gab eine Abstellgenehmigung dafür.
Die Räder waren perfekt verpackt und alles war wie abgesprochen dabei.
Beim Aufbau des zweiten Rades hatte ich Rückfragen,welche so gut wie zeitgleich beantwortet wurden.
Die Räder sind wie beschrieben und in einem fast neuwertigen Zustand.

Ich kann diese Firma nur weiterempfehlen.
Weitere Käufe sind in Aussicht

Négatif:
*FedEx et ses créneaux non respectés. MAJ de la livraison pas sérieuse du tout. Colis très abimé, gros trou à la réception.
* pas de mode d'emploi sommaire fourni et écran VAE en langue allemande.

I chose to buy my gravel bike from H&B…

I chose to buy my gravel bike from H&B Exclusive because I care deeply about sustainability and wanted a refurbished bike rather than using more of the planet’s resources on something new.

Your communication about quality, a thorough refurbishment process with replaced wear parts, and a 15‑month warranty convinced me to pay a premium compared with other used options.

Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite of what I expected.

I am female and 53 years with a weigh of 58 kg and after riding about 3,200 km, mostly riding on the road with some forest/gravel), two independent mechanics have concluded that a very long list of parts needed to be replaced: almost the entire drivetrain, multiple bearings, both brake calipers, an AXS shifter and the AXS battery as well.

The latest repair bill after my first season is more than 7,800 DKK – (€ 1.043) one third of what I paid for the bike 5 month ago

Despite this, H&B Exclusive has repeatedly referred to this as “normal” wear and offered no meaningful help, apart from suggesting that I should send the dead battery to the Netherlands at my own cost.

For a bike that was sold as “thoroughly refurbished”, checked on many points and “technically not inferior to a new bicycle”, backed by a 15‑month warranty, I find this response extremely disappointing.

I still believe in the idea of refurbished bikes as a sustainable solution, it is exactly why I chose H&B Exclusive – but my personal experience with this bike and the handling of my case does not match the promises in your marketing and on your website.

I hope you will take this kind of feedback seriously, because trust in refurbished products depends on the refurbishment and the warranty actually working in practice, not just in communication.

As stated in our standard warranty terms, we cannot approve warranty claims for repairs carried out outside our workshop or without our prior approval. When a bicycle has been dismantled or modified by an external workshop before being reported to us in writing or announced, we cannot determine whether the issue arose as a result of normal wear, previous repairs, or other factors. This policy ensures that we can accurately assess any warranty claims and provide proper support.

For normal wear and tear, some parts of a bicycle—such as chains, cassettes, and brake pads—will naturally wear with usage. However, other components mentioned in your review may fall under warranty if they show signs of premature failure or defects.

We understand that this may be disappointing. While we cannot approve warranty coverage for the work carried out externally, we remain committed to supporting our customers.

We are happy to discuss options for your bike if you would like to bring it to one of authorized workshops for inspection and assessment, so that we can provide guidance on any necessary replacements under the proper warranty process.

Our normal process is simple: in case of an issue, you contact us, and we can assess the problem remotely. If professional assistance is required, you can have the repair carried out at a local workshop with our prior approval. Simply send us the workshop’s estimate before any work is done. Once approved, you can submit the final invoice, and we will cover the costs in full if it falls under warranty.

Truly impressed – 100% recommend

We found this store online and, after a few messages, decided to take a leap of faith and order an e-MTB. To be honest, we were a bit skeptical at first since no full diagnosis was provided — but everything turned out absolutely perfect.
The bike arrived in Romania within 4 days, with shipping (FEDEX) included in the price. It was exactly as described – no hidden flaws or defects. We also took it for a professional check, and the battery health was confirmed at 100%, number of KM confirmed.
We are genuinely impressed and very happy with the purchase. It’s rare to find this level of reliability when buying online. We would confidently recommend this store to anyone, and we will definitely come back to this store for our next bike. Thank you!

Een mooie tweedehands fiets voor een…

Een mooie tweedehands fiets voor een mooie prijs. Heel tevreden mee. Leek goed op de foto's van de website. Ook de helpdesk was goed bereikbaar. Kortom, heel tevreden over. Enigst minpuntje: ik moest de fiets zelf afmonteren (deels in elkaar zetten). Dat was me niet duidelijk vanaf het verhaal op de site.

Hatte mir ein aufbereitetes E-Bike gekauft. Leider war das mitgelieferte Ladegerät defekt. Durch den sehr netten und schnellen Kontakt wurde mir zeitnah ein Austauschgerät geschickt.

Habe ein cooles Cube Bike von H&B Exclusive erhalten.Von A - Z ein absoluter professioneller Service.Preis - Leistung war Mega.Mein Bike war zwar gebraucht,aber von einem neuen Bike kaum zu unterscheiden.Der Versand lief problemlos ab,wie per Whats App beschrieben.Es war sehr gut verpackt und ohne Mängel.Werde wieder ein Bike bei H&B kaufen.Sehr empfehlenswert.!!!LG Torsten aus der Voreifel
