I paid HC Development $6,500 per month for several months to implement AI throughout my company, and not a single working system was ever delivered. Despite repeated promises, nothing functional was put into place. Started in January of 2025 to May, then they cut their rate to keep me and ultimately failed in any desired outcomes we had, they were focused on call setting even though the project was AI conversions...
What became obvious very slowly was that I wasn’t a client — I was a live test case while they tried to learn AI on my dime. Every roadblock turned into another excuse, another delay, and another bill.
At one point, their overseas subcontractor even contacted me directly asking if I would take over the contract so they could continue getting paid. That alone told me everything I needed to know about how disorganized this operation really was.
The end result: zero usable AI, zero operational improvement, and tens of thousands of dollars wasted. Complete failure to deliver on what was promised.
