I have ordered from this company on a number of occasions. Excellent service, prompt delivery.

This company promises delivery by a certain date and when that doesn't happen they change the date and send generic platitudes. They push the date back and buy themselves more time by saying they'll look into it.
The truth is, they take your money and hold on to it. in my unfortunate experience they took my money, did not deliver and have ignored all requests for a refund. Awful. Avoid.

The product we received did not work. I contacted the sales team to ask about a refund/return policy or further advice in case there were additional instructions to follow but I was just told they would contact the manufacturer. As the vendor surely you have to take responsibility for the sale of a defective product. The fact that the product is to provide some pleasure to a terminally ill patient only makes the lack of responsibility or empathy for a faulty product even worse.

As always a prompt, professional and efficient response. We always know we can rely on hcsuk when we need advice, support and a speedy delivery

Quick delivery, just a zip on one of the bags is kinked and doesn't open and close properly.

Had a call to confirm order was correct and had a lovely conversation with the employee about my local are and any recommendations. Item dispatched and arrived Top service wouldn't hesitate to use again

Several e mails claiming I have purchased a over the toilet seat. Same name as me not the same address or bank card.
You do not listen. I am in Australia, you have the wrong email address.

Got exactly what we wanted, arrived quickly and on time.

I found the products I wanted quickly. The service was quick and efficient.

We have always received excellent service from everyone at HCS at our 2 care homes, especially Lee, Jo and Phil. Always professional with a quick response time. Nothing ever seems too much trouble. Recently I had to use them personally for equipment to enable my mothers discharge from hospital. I had a response within the hour for prices and delivery came straight from the manufacturer to speed up delivery . Phil arrived at the same time to put the equipment together for us ! I can't thank them enough for putting our minds at ease and for the continued support from a personal and professional prospective . I'd recommend them to anyone requiring care equipment and its nice to support local businesses. Especially when they do such a good job !!

Our company has been working with Hcs for a long time. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lee or Jo - they go over and beyond to make sure if something needs fixing it’s fixed or if we need to purchase new equipment for our service users they will try there best to source it us. When it comes time for our equipment to be serviced or repaired Phil is very professional but also takes the time to speak to our service users, have a laugh with them. Hcs will always try to help, cannot thank them enough for the service they provide our company. They are amazing

Over the past two years as the Maintenance Manager at Baily House care home, the service from all the staff at HCS (big shout out for Rachel and Lee) has been excellent.
They are efficient. Good with communication. A quick to response to sourcing parts and a fast delivery with supplies always assured. Any help and advice is on hand when needed. A professional attitude at all times.
