H&C's Trees Opiniões

Really friendly people to deal with. They made an error with our order, but rather than just fob us off they let us know straightaway that they had brought the wrong size tree (to be honest we wouldn't have known), and refunded us the difference with no issues. So I would use them again and recommend them as I like that kind of honesty.

Brilliant all round. Very happy with trees. Very healthy and in great condition. Communication was very good, giving regular updates on delivery etc. Communication after delivery also fantastic with advise I needed. Thank you Max and team. Will be sure to use again in the future.

Excellent service from Max and Sam. They supplied and planted 3 trees. Very personable and friendly, they even played with our dog.
We are in our 70's and we were a bit apprehensive, but they put us at ease and did a wonderful job.

I’m actually one very happy customer. Max and his team came down to plant our 14 trees. All very well done. For whatever reasons some were leaning a little after a couple of months. I contacted max expecting no response but he called back immediately and arranged to come down again the following day to fix them, at no extra cost! Shocked was an understatement. What an ethical and responsible trader. I felt bad that he had to come down just to fix them and I offered him a small sum for his lunch. He was so graciously surprised and was very happy at my little gesture :) Highly highly recommended. Of course the trees are of top top quality, at very reasonable prices. Thank you Max. Keep it up and with your professionalism you’ll go a long way. Best wishes.

Great customer service, delivered as expected and well wrapped for protection. Trees are looking great after 1 month in the ground. Thankyou!

I'm very pleased with the service Max and Sam have provided.
I ordered 7 Photinia trees to help improve privacy in my back garden. There was a last minute delay to my order but Max explained that the trees they'd been supplied with didn't meet the high standard they set. I'm fine with this as I'd rather wait a little longer for a quality order rather than receiving sub standard products. My order arrived approx a week later.
I am very happy with the trees supplied. Given time I'm hoping they will fill out to provide the cover I require.
The only improvement to the service would be to provide a slightly more accurate delivery time - maybe a two hour slot, rather than just a day. Nevertheless I am delighted with the product and would happily shop with H&C Trees again.

Thanks H&C's Trees, our trees are doing well. Good communication from ordering through to delivery, our trees were delivered within the quoted lead time too. Trees arrived just as expected, if not bigger than pictured 😃
Thanks again

Last year, I purchased six Red Robin trees from H&C Trees and was extremely impressed with both the quality of the trees and the level of service. They were more than happy to answer all my questions about planting and maintenance. The trees arrived in excellent condition, well-packaged, and exactly as described. Over the past year, they’ve grown beautifully and remain healthy and vibrant. Due to the exceptional quality and service, I recently ordered six Portuguese Laurels and am excited to see them thrive. I highly recommend H&C Trees for their reliable products and outstanding customer support.

Absolutely fantastic service. Max has been super helpful all the way .Throughly recommend H & C Trees.

Top Class ! Trees are superb. Communications have been friendly and professional and delivery as and when stated. Can't recommend highly enough. Everything exceeded expectations. Many thanks

Brilliant service and great products, thank you very much.

Gorgeous, healthy evergreen magnolia trees! H&C sourced these when no one else could. Thank you for the great service.

Clear and helpful communication throughout the process and the tree itself has taken well as exactly as was advertised. Would happily use them again. Good overall service

Fantastic company to buy from
Communication with updates on delivery I found to be great
My trees arrived in perfect condition and delivered y the company themselves.

Excellent customer service, with quick responses to queries. Very good communication about the order - including delivery updates. Absolutely lovely specimen of a 3/4 standard Magnolia Grandiflora. Highly recommend, and would order from H&C’s Trees again.

Swift delivery and he was kind enough to place it where we wanted even when it was pouring down and they are healthy trees. Will recommend as website is great and secure and the communication is clear and concise and the delivery dates were as expected.

I had a fantastic experience with H&C's Trees. They arrived on time, finished the job quickly, and left everything spotless. The team even took the time to give me helpful tips on caring for the plants. On top of that, their prices are the most competitive in the region. Highly recommended!

We bought some Magnolia Grandiflora trees and are really happy with the service from H&C. The trees arrived in good time and were well-potted with big, healthy roots. Max was helpful with some planting tips that seemed to have worked, and they've grown 10-12 inches in just a few months!

Max was great throughout. An issue with initial delivery was resolved promptly. Now have some great, healthy red robin trees in our garden

Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Thanks

H&C Trees supplied and Planted four 3 metre tall Red Robin standard trees. The trees were in excellent condition, as described on arrival. The team of two who planted the trees were both courteous and friendly, spending just over two hours in making sure the trees were well planted and supported. 1 month after the planting H&C trees followed up to ensure the trees were growing well and to ensure all was ok. In short, great service.
