Great as always

I ordered four limit straps, but only one had a stitched logo— the other three were blank. I’ve tried calling and emailing several times over the past three weeks to get matching straps, but I haven’t received any response.

While it's not a huge issue, I dislike having mismatched items. Also, one strap has layers that are misaligned. I love your links and prefer not to leave a bad review, but this situation is frustrating as so many “professional” companies keeps providing mediocre products for top dollar. If I would have known they were going to be mix-matched I would have gone with a different company.

Absolutely no customer service support. I reached out over dozen times via email and calling. Zero response.

After specifying three day shipping it was 4 days after the order was placed before the order was filled. If the web site would have had a note that the order would ship in 3 - 4 days then I probably would not have used 3 day shipping or even went to another distributor to place an order. Not cool.

Ive been trying to get a hold of them for two weeks I've called 7 times and left two voice mail with my name and number just how it prompts and sent an email no response back from them what so ever.

HORRIBLE!!!!!

My order had pieces that were not what I ordered. Couldn't get anybody to answer the phone or return my messages over a 2 week period. Piss poor communication and customer service from this joke of a company. I had to buy the correct pieces AGAIN and pay MORE shipping. You better hope what you order is correct.

Package was never shipped.

Parts were sourced elsewhere and arrived under 24 hours.

Shipping was fast! Great strong product. I am a racer and easily broke the rear stock hub. Now with these bad boys I can toss worrying aside and put the hammer down. Great product cannot say enough good things about these! Thank You HDE for a beautiful and great product!

I paid for faster shipping due to my having a race that weekend and the package did not show up for a week and half after excepted date.

Website is very user friendly and my order was processed and shipped immediately.
