They were great! They called us and emailed us to make sure we got the correct pillows with the appropriate thickness/softness and curvature before shipping our products out to us.

Customer service rep called me after I placed my order and followed up with an email to make sure I was ordering the correct option. What a refreshing thing t have a company actually checking to see that I under stand what I ordered. So far I am sleeping well on it.

Getting Better!! I got my pillow within a few days. My neck pain has been quite severe for the last 6 months. I am about 4 days in and the pain is 90% less and mobility is coming back. Pleased with the support, comfort and quality.

I chose the soft one but I feel it’s still too hard and high for my taste, I was sleeping really bad at night and so far is not helping, I’ll keep trying other pillows!
Delivery was fast and the pillow’s quality is good, it’s just not for me :/

Best pillow ever
Best pillow ever. It does relief my neck and back pain by providing a good support that is not soft but also not firm! I finally could get up without a tired neck.
