No proper customer service and accepts orders even before the product is stocked.
I have been buying threir products from past 5 years. Recently I ordered a product and its been 6 days and was not shipped, Customer care replied stating that the product will reach their wearhouse today and will be shipped the next day. Why did they accept orders when they know that product is not avaialable and will be avaialble after few days. Requested for cancellation yesterday and the status is calcellation Requested. Good quality products cannot increase your sales, Customer statisfaction and after sales also does matte. I will re think thrice before oordering any product from your site fom now.

I was curious and in the mean while I found unboxed version of the same product and asked them to ship that for me over the call or atleast requested a refund but their refund form could only be filled once as I already filed once giving the reason as late delivery. that is when she mentions, they have to inspect the product before they ship to me. which I was fine with, in the last minute she mentioned she would ship the product that I ordered early the following day.

The right earbud had an issue from day one, but I used the left alone for nearly a year until it failed. In my detailed warranty claim (including photos and a handwritten letter via courier), I clearly stated: I don't mind if you fix the right earbud, but I need left to work as it was. Despite acknowledging the initial damage, they reshipped the earphones in even worse condition.

For example, I had filed a complaint on February 8 regarding the headphone not working properly, But due to the product inspection process (which is very slow) I had to wait for one and a half month (March 19, 2026)... After so many request the company send the item to Mumbai Office for secondary inspection.
(Most importantly: Pick-up facility is not available, there is no service center near you; you will have to send it to Chennai office via prepaid courier)
After a long wait, you'll receive the same repaired product back. This means the company has no exchange policy; you'll receive the product after repair, no matter how long it takes, and if it takes too long, they won't replace the product. Time is irrelevant.

I am sharing this review to help future buyers make an informed decision about Headphone Zone customer service and warranty support.
My experience highlights a gap between written commitments and actual resolution.
I was initially given a clear written assurance that my earphones would be accepted as a return exception and that full store credit would be issued so I could upgrade to another product. I proceeded based on this written confirmation.

However, after the unit was submitted, the company unilaterally shifted the case to the warranty repair route, stating that the exception window had expired — despite no explicit validity period being mentioned in the original communication.
That was only the first concern.
The bigger issue is that the repaired unit returned to me developed a new defect (loose right-side unit) which did not exist prior to their repair process. This raises serious questions about the effectiveness of the quality check before dispatch.
Even after clearly documenting this in the same email thread, I was again asked what issue I was facing — which suggests the case history was not thoroughly reviewed before responding.
At this point, the experience has felt more process-driven than resolution-driven.
To be fair, the support team has remained polite and has offered to process another warranty claim and potential replacement. However, after already receiving a defective unit post-repair, confidence in repeated repair/replacement cycles is understandably limited.

Their team sucks in repair. The only thing good about them is that they reply to the mails(which is no use as the issue won't be solved). I sent them my fiio ja11 dac because one side of the iem wasn't reading. So they when they checked the product it was perfectly fine. I urged them to check again and they said they checked it using multiple device and then send the product back. So when I got it back the problem persisted. I didn't send it back because all it could do was waste my time further.

I bought cca hydro a 12000 rs iem from them and as advertised on there portal it has extra bass signature but after using it I found totally uncomfortable and neutral sound so when I requested to return the product the request was declined from headphonezone, I would say its a total scam and purchasing high end iem creates no diiference at all, because headphonezone or any other online seller has no offline store where you can check the product and after purchaing there is no return.

The seller increased the charge for the headphone pads when the transaction was in pending state on PayPal; the order was never finalized due to Norton flagging the site as suspicious. Yet - i was charged higher amount, the product was never confirmed and shipped. Luckily - AMEX and PayPal agreed and provided a full refund.
