Frustrating experience. Best to avoid.
I ordered a pair of shoes for my self which were too tight as the size guide is completely inaccurate. They claim : ( StepEase | Ultra-Comfort Wide-Fit Orthopaedic Shoes ), When I contacted customer service, I was told I could either return them for an unreasonable fee or pay a discounted price for a replacement.

No return fee was mentioned when i ordered the shoes, they sent the terms and condition after i made my complaint
I thought the shoes were made in the UK, but I'm sure they come from China. So, selling from the UK, Made in China, and return to Switzerland for refund.

Save yourself the frustration and buy directly elsewhere. Very disappointing and misleading experience from a deceptive company.
I'll donate these shoes to charity and forget every thought before I stress myself out even more.

Absolutely disgusting.
Cheap stuff obviously bought from Temu that they’re charging £40 for.

Have to jump through hoops to get a refund. It’s ridiculous

I ordered a pair of shoes for my parents which were too large as the size guide is completely inaccurate. Reordered a smaller size and received the same shoes. When I contacted customer service, I was told I could either return them for an unreasonable fee or pay a discounted price for a replacement.

Tracking showed the shoes were shipped directly from China, which wasn’t disclosed anywhere. It’s clear this company is just reselling cheap products from Temu or similar sites at a markup.

Save yourself the frustration and buy directly elsewhere. Very disappointing and misleading experience from a deceptive company.

I have now worn my shoes for some days, and at best they can only be described as a lightweight summer shoe. In my opinion there is no way that they can be described as an orthopaedic shoe. Despite replacing the very flimsy insoles with some very good sorbothane ones, they are still very lightweight and give very little support for someone with problem feet.If you need more supportive shoe there are far better options on the market.

I ordered pair of size 9.1/2 shoes which was a totally wrong size when it arrived. I contacted at Healix they asked me to return the item. Since return address was in somewhere in Europe it costed me £16 the return cost. I emailed the proof of return to Healix on 9th June. I am still waiting for the refund. May I ask you to investigate this please.

Så fik jeg min healix hjem. Jeg har sådan glædet mig og har allerede mærket rigtig god effekt med de infrarøde stråler🔆
Jeg har i mange, mange år døjet med kognitive udfordringer efter en meget lang stressperiode. Hvis ikke jeg passer på, mærker jeg straks disse symptomer. Har forsøgt hjælp mange steder uden de store forandringer.
Efter jeg er begyndt at anvende healix, kan jeg holde mine symptomer nede og føler mig frisk i hovedet. Dette har jeg ikke prøvet i mange år. For første gang meget længe lettede min brainfog og hvor er det en fantastisk følelse💙
Jeg bruger min healix 2 x 15 min. hver dag og det går jeg ikke på kompromis med.
Alt i alt har healix forbedret min hverdag markant.

Fantastisk produkt. Jeg har et ben med dårligt blodomløb pga af et benbrud. Har gået til hudlæge og fået rødt lys på benet, nu gør jeg det hjemme og det virker super godt.
