The absolute worst.. they are trying to charge $32 restocking fee so that means after I tried the watery substance out you will resell it... HOW DISGUSTING.. THEY DON'T WANT TO REFUND ME BECAUSE I GOT IT ON A PROMOTION AND PROMOTIONS DON'T QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS AND IT'S NOT WRITTEN ON THEIR SITE BUT THE 100% REFUND POLICY IS AND NOW THEY ARE TRYING NOT TO REFUND ME..BUT DON'T WHEN I TRY TO REFUND IT ONLINE IT LET'S ME FOR A $32 RESTOCK FEE SO THEY ARE LYING ABOUT NOT GIVING ME A REFUND BECAUSE OF THE PROMOTION...I WISH I WOULD'VE SEEN THIS SITE BEFORE I ORDERED.. Recieved the roller bottle today. They sold it as organic cast oil in a rose quarts roller bottle. Imagine my suprise upon opening the package and it clearly says straight on the packaging "vegetable oil." This company has proven to be liars and sell product that is harmful.
I would post a picture if I could. Still have nor recieved the rest of the order. This should be good.
Will post again once I recieve.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. My experience hasn't been good.

Their website offers free shipping (5-7 business days). However, they ship from China and when the tracking link they sent me didn't work, they told me it takes up to 16 days to receive an order.

The tracking link never worked but eventually, the package arrived. They ship glass bottles in heavy duty bubble wrap and a polymailer. The package was rather squashed. One of the glass eyedroppers was broken.

The oil bottles have no safety seal, which makes me uncomfortable. The booklet is an e-booklet, not a physical copy as shown in the picture. An item that was supposed to be included was not. I've contacted Healo multiple times, asking for the missing item, but they refuse to respond. They did send me the e-booklet when I asked why it wasn't in my order. I don't plan to open it because I don't trust this company.

I ordered castor oil from Amazon and felt the quality was much higher (and way cheaper).

I do like the abdominal wrap although the other body wraps don't come with the cotton liners (which I think is odd).

This company is a scam. They don’t ship the products , the tracking is a shady website in Slavic language ; and after purchasing no answer from them to update/ cancel my order. I wish I had read the comments before because all say that the castor oil is fake

Healo products Absolutely scam…. Sent straight from china. Smell, is not caster oil like- also sent me bubble wrapped products and broken glass ware.
Took over 60 days for customer service to fix the problems along with multiple emails constantly.
I get something in the mail a jar of caster oil shipped from china- different ingredients, different label, different brand
Shady.

This company cannot be trusted.
I ordered a device from Veero which is a subsiduary company of Healo Brands. When I placed the order, a screen flashed up showing a price special and another offer of 2 extra devices at a reduced price. The advertising also offered a money back gurantee if the product did not work for you.
After I received a confirmation, I realised I had made an error but had 24 hours to ammend the order, I altered the order immediatley (24 minutes to be exact) but received a note back saying that it was too late, as the order had been actioned and could not be changed. There was an offer of a 30% discount off the excess items, which I accepted and received.
After trying the device for 41 days, I contacted Veero and advised them that the product did not work for me. I was given 2 options. The first was a 30% refund on the remaining device or return for a full credit. I found out the return cost was more than the product was worth, so opted for the refund.
61 emails and 14 apologies later, I have received nothing and now find my emails are not being answered. I am extreemly dissapointed with the whole experience and can only recomend to not have any dealings with them

Would like to give it zero this is not castor oil. i have bought oil from other sources that is genuine. This is like washing up liquid in water. No cotton in the pad just made of synthetic material. Have raised a dispute and now they are refuting it. I emailed the retailer at the time and heard nothing back as soon as I raised a dispute they emailed me. It is a scam buyer beware!

I ordered a product pack that was supposed to include a bottle of organic castor oil, which came with a free item. Additionally, the package was meant to contain a belly wrap, two breast pads, and a neck strap for the thyroid, all of which were packaged very well. However, upon receiving the package, I noticed the belly wrap was missing.

I reached out to the company about this issue, but it has been nearly two weeks and I haven't received any response. I've tried contacting them multiple times, but the phone line just rings, and there's no voicemail option. As a result, I’m left with a product that I cannot use.

I attempted to submit a return request again, but dealing with this company has been frustrating. I would have been better off ordering a belly strap and organic castor oil from Amazon, as I would have received it in two days and had no issues with returns or customer service. I really think this company is not worth the hassle, so I would advise others not to waste their money or time.

BUYER BEWARE! This is a scam!!!! Takes over a month to arrive. If it arrives. Mine came completely damaged (bottles broken and oil everywhere and compromised other items inside) and they -the company have not responded, replaced items or even refunded the items. Customer service doesn’t seem to exist. I sent pictures 4 different times with multiple follow ups on the order and no resolution or response. Product itself seems to be an imposter oil. Comes from China - God knows what it is.

It doesn’t even deserve one star. The website looks professional but it’s nothing other than a scam. I didn’t get the full pack - no oil was sent. The wrap was cheap plastic not organic cotton. It was sent in a flimsy envelope from China. Not sure how to get the operation shut down. The website goes up on down. They state money back gaurantee but don’t even have basic refund policy explained. Refused to take items back if unhappy.

The package came from China. If I knew it was from China I wouldn’t have bought it. Anything that comes from China is a red flag for me. Specially when they advertise the oils is USDA approved, but is not coming directly from the U.S.A.
Also the package was sent in a bubble bag instead of a box. Very unprofessional packaging. Thank God I only paid $60 for it compared to to other people ho had spent a lot. Also, the oil is not thick as it supposed to be. Who knows what kind of oil I got from China.

States fast delivery but it took over a month to arrive. The website is misleading as I'd ordered four different kits for myself and family, each kit shows a bottle of the caster oil with the kit which implies that it is included within the kit. But just the one bottle arrived. The wellness kit advertised on the website did not match the items I received and the caster oil was a lemon scented watery liquid, not oil at all. The price charged for the quality and what you actually get is extortionate. Annoyed with myself for not researching this company before buying. Recommend to all to avoid.

This “company” wants to grow by denying returns. They charge a very high restock amount of $39 that so called oil is essential oil plus water. I tried contacting customer service and no service at all. They kept saying they don’t accept returns on final price. They always have that offer. I threw in the trash. Will not grow giving cero help returning and asking for half of the total price, so the can sell again and get all back.

Product is absolutely not 100% organic castor oil, more of a liquid lemongrass soap that’s water like & foams. No accountability from the company avoid at all costs, complete fraudsters selling products that aren’t what they say.

They’re a scam!! They take your money and never ship you a product, they are not in US. They lie, products are from China but they never arrive. It’s been a month and I still don’t have anything. So frustrating! Reporting them to FB, BBB and the FTC for online fraud

This product is totally a ripoff. Not castor oil, no gifts included, and customer service sucks!!! They should refund every penny back to the customers.

I ordered two luxe wellness packs,a back wellness package, two hot/cold packs and an extra bottle of castor oil on May 17, 2025. It arrived on June 13, 2025. I noticed that the quality of the products didn't match what I ordered. This company also shorted me a bottle of oil and the free gifts that was supposed to come with the luxe packages. I called the number that came up when you Google. I was told to stop calling that it is a scam. So I emailed asking for Healo to fix the problem. They refused. I asked for a refund. Healo stopped replying. So I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Healo has twice lied to the credit card company. The first lie was that I didn't reply with the pictures they asked for. The second lie was that I didn't ask for a refund. I kept all my emails so I have proof. I am now on my third dispute. I have been dealing with this since June. I have offered to send this junk back. The recent emails from them have been like talking to AI. A complete scam. First they said I can send their product back for an in store credit. I told them I don't want any of their products. Then Healo said they don't offer refunds on promotional products. I asked what promotional product. If you go to their website it still offers the same products for the same price. This company should be shut down. I have been given the run around. They only reply just enough so they can get out of this dispute. Don't get trapped in this same nightmare.

It is a scam!! Not real castor oil, they sent me a soapy solution! They advertised that the package is coming from Canada but in reality comes from China. Missing items in my order. Took 6 weeks to arrive. Customer service is terrible. Don't waste your money, definetly not worth it.
