The product was good and the price on sale was good but the 3 stars is because it took a week to arrive. I think when you order food products should arrive much quicker

Terrible service! I ordered some items that said 2-4 day delivery and they still hadn’t arrived after 12 working days. No replies to their email address, Facebook page or instant messaging service.

I opened a resolution with PayPal who gave me a refund.

I used the website to buy the Earth Friendly Baby hair and body wash for my kids. Transaction was easy and the items arrived in time. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because they should have put tape on the top of the bottle cap to prevent any leaks during transit.

I didn't get my order. I couldn't get hold of them as there is no phone number and they don't reply to emails. There is no customer service.
I had to raise a dispute via paypal to get my money back.
Best avoid - do not buy from this site.

Sent the wrong order then ignored my emails. No communication and no product. Have now got my money back from PayPal but no thanks to Healthclick. Avoid them and save yourself a lot of grief

I hesitate to use the term "cowboy trader" but I cannot think of a more apt description for Health Click. A particular item I wanted was described as being "..shipped in 2-4 days". I needed it in about 6 days' time so I placed my order. Having not received it after 6 days, I tried to contact Health Click via their chat facility to enquire when I would receive it but it was a one-way chat facility as I received nothing back from them. After 3 weeks and still nothing received or any update, I complained to PayPal who contacted Health Click and by sheer coincidence I then had a message from Evra (ex-Hermes) that they had just received my item and it was delivered 3 days later. However, I'd needed it a lot sooner, and it was now of no use to me. I have tried to contact Health Click by email (no response) and even tried returning the item package unopened to the address on their website but Royal Mail was unable to deliver it - you can perhaps draw your own conclusion as to whether they really exist at the address given. My advice to anyone would be to avoid Health Click like the plague; their schedule for dispatching goods is clearly vapourware, and their customer service non-existent. I would award them zero stars if I could.

Do not trust this company.

Firstly the listing for the item I ordered was misleading, allowing me to believe I was ordering a water bottle with a charcoal stick. Instead it was just a charcoal stick. I therefore returned it and have not received my refund. Extremely poor.

The order was received on 8th day after placing order.
The nut butter in order was leaking.
I ordered shampoo(£11.50) and conditioner(£9.50) - only the shampoo arrived no conditioner.
I sent an email to requesting replacements/refund.
I had no reply.
After 2 days I sent a message on website contact page
The automatic reply stated I will receive a response soon.
After further day, still no response!
In my view this level of service is totally unacceptable, extremely poor and has caused me to resort to writing this negative review on Trustpilot.
I am still awaiting response nearly 2 weeks after placing order and having paid for goods that were missing in delivery.

I ordered a number of things from the website towards the end of May. Half of the items arrived on 27th May. These were well packaged and correct. But the other half never turned up. Later that day I emailed asking where the rest were... No response. I chased again on 1st June... No response. I then escalated through PayPal on 7th June. The company has no phone number which makes trying to escalate things really awkward.

Healthclick then sought to deliver the missing items. They all came except for one item. That was in mid-June. Emails to them have yielded no response and the dispute resolution through PayPal is still ongoing. For £5.99 worth of toothbrushes. It's quite astounding.

The user interface was easy to understand and my parcel arrived on time.
