Delivery said 2 to 4 days but it took nearly 10 days. It was a decent price but doesn't make up for the late delivery

Very suspicious
Ordered on 19 April, two items from order sent out on 26th April. The remaining two items were never shipped and my emails ignored. Opened a case through PayPal and was refunded immediately. Some of the postive reviews are copies it appears ‐ report those. I'd also recommend reporting them to the Insolvency Service via the official government website.

Awful service - are they trading while insolvent?
Awful service! Ordered on 24 april, they said 2-4 days delivery and 10 days later nothing and no reply to my email early this morning…. First and last time I will use them… should have read trustpilot first… stupid me! UPDATE: I wonder if this company is insolvent and trading illegally? I looked at their latest accounts on companies house and they owe more than their assets… perhaps they are taking customers money and then either buying the items or just paying company bills… i sent an email putting trustpilot in subject line and got a reply saying i would have order in a few days, but haven’t… will wait a few more days and if i dont have more order, i will report them to the trading standards to have them investigate the possibility of trading while being insolvent….

Excuse for no delivery they are short staffed! Not good enough I’m afraid we paid for item and still waiting for a refund! The return email was professional and polite, obviously not good management as no staff ! Won’t buy again from them had to purchase from Holland & Barrett.

Please don't waste your time and money, you will not receive anything from this seller. Awful experience, 0 conversation. I made order more than week ago received email from Health Click than my order delivery is scheduled with Hermes. Hermes saying the are awaiting from parcel from seller. There no any movements in relation my parcel. I emailed to seller multiple times , send messages on Instagram, don't get any answer. Don't waste your time!

Wish I had read other people’s reviews before ordering, I’ve had the same experience. Ordered on 23 April, advised 2-4 days delivery it’s not 2 May and still no order or reply from them when chasing delivery!!!
