We visited the health clinic as a couple, for some travel vaccinations. Thanks to Donna at the Watford store it’s been a really easy, and actually lovely experience. In our initial appointment, she took the time to properly go through everything with us, making us both feel at ease and at no point did we feel rushed or unheard. We’ve since gone back for some more vaccinations with Donna and again, a lovely experience. Everything has been super clear - plus she’s very easy to chat to! Which is even better if you’re someone that’s anxious when it comes to vaccines.

Went to the nurse clinics for travel vaccines and Nicola was so helpful. So many great recommendations for my upcoming travel plans. Would 100% recommend.

Great experience with the nurse who was extremely supportive and really helpful. I usually have difficulty with veins but she was able to find my veins pretty quickly and it was so painless. Definitely, recommend this service. It’s better than my Gp

I had nurse dorithy at Shepherds bush superdrug pharmacy she was so amazingly helpful and so kind,when i was abit scared for my injection she encouraged that i was going to be okay her service was top tier

Highly recommend the lovely nurse in Superdrug at Basildon . I was seen on time, she was incredibly professional and kind, efficient without being hurried and after a quick and painless blood draw I was on my way home . She even told me where the priority post box was to get it off to the lab .

All okay except the fact that the nurse and I had to find our way through many people to the tills at the pharmacy. I then had to insert my card and add pin surrounded by several other people. No privacy.

Good price for phlebotomy and easy to book. But they wanted to force me to sign permissuon that they will share my data with entities that were not relevant to the service. I had to negotiate and finally they agreed for me not to sign it. But first they threatened they wouldn't be able to perform the service and that told me that it's standard paperwork - I believe their policy here is against the UK law. Also, my blood samples had to be kept upright for 30min but they refused to do that so I had to walk out into the street holding my samples in an upright position. All in all, poor service but cheap so would probably use them again.

My travel vaccines were painless and the advice very informed. Great nurse and great experience overall.

Had a blood sample taken, to send off for a private blood test, at Superdrug in High Chelmer, Chelmsford on Monday 20.07.2026. The nurse there was very professional and effective, as well as kind. I wouldn't hesitate to return if I need to.

The nurse at Leicester Fosse Park went above and beyond to help me. I have ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and my most recent NHS blood draws have been very difficult. She did everything she could to make me feel comfortable and ensure the blood draw went smoothly. She was incredibly compassionate and I'm very grateful for her kindness today.

Donna was the lady who did both mine and my brother jabs yesterday in Watford and was absolutely the kindest medical professional I've ever talked to. She was attentive and funny and made the atmosphere in the room very calm and friendly.

Was able to book to get travel vaccine on the same day via customer service despite having issues doing so online. Nurse Natalie at the Superdrug Health Clinic Bromley was brilliant. So grateful cos got so much travel health safety advice in addition to the vaccine that I wanted. Would highly recommend :)

Online booking system is ok, but has a couple of glitches. Products offered are good. But the whole thing is totally let down by the exceptionally poor attitude of the staff member in the Norwich branch. She is quite simply one of the rudest and most unfriendly people I have ever encountered in any shop or service industry.
