The representative was not only extremely capable and helpful but had an incredibly positive attitude. My issue dealt with more than one facet and her patience with me was exemplary!
I got off the phone and told my wife how helpful she was and what a positive attitude she exuded.
It was a memorable call simply because she made it so pleasant !!

I don't know why FSA's are so hard to deal with. My last one was too. I got sent two different cards with two different numbers. Had to talk to three different people to find out if the second card sent to me was a mistake. It was.

Health equity decides how much your providers should be charging you, and if that number doesn't add up, they make you pay the difference.

I'd love to be charged less by my providers. Why doesn't Health Equity go after the providers instead of forcing me to pay out of pocket?

They always flag my Zenni Optical purchases and make me pay back money, even though the glasses online are easily half the cost of any in-store glasses whose receipts are always processed without issue.

You have to show receipts for the money you work for and still gets denied after you show the receipts because they have so many requirements in order for it to get accepted

I use to enjoy using HealthEquity. However over the last 10 years their services have become a horrible mess. Some items only work on the app. My doctor has issues processing payments if I use the website instead of coming in and using my card.
The last nail in the straw is their implementation of passkey and using Plaid for reimbursement.
The passkey always breaks and the app never prompts me. I have to click on the use passkey and scan QR Code.
Payment reimbursement is broken so I can’t get reimbursed now unless I pay $2 for a check and wait 10 days.

I submitted 6 claims to be reimbursed. I had 6 out of 6 claims denied. In each case, I submitted the receipts that my service provider gave me. I am extremely dissatisfied with HealthEquity's Pay Me Back program. The process has been frustrating, inefficient, and far more complicated than it should be for customers simply trying to access their own healthcare funds.
