Wish I had read reviews first.... never received items ordered, no response from customer service.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This company sent me an order that was SUPPOSED to be for $39.99, and charged me a shade over $300. I was sent a text by my banking asking me if I purchased the said amount, and I said"NO!" STILL, I was charged and the product (diet gummies) DIDN'T WORK!! TOTAL THIEVERY, backed by ALL the Shark Tank stars!!

While the HPFY customer service folks are super polite, they were unable to give me accurate info on when or if my order would ship. I said I wanted to cancel, and went to another company to get what I needed. Despite their promise that you get a shipping confirmation, I never did - and then the HPFY order showed up the same day as my other order. I said I had canceled, and was told the order had already shipped. Long story with bad ending - yes, they’ll take the return, but will charge a restocking fee, as I canceled after shipment, their entire chat stream notwithstanding. Needless to say, I would never order from HPFY again.

Update: Still no refund.

UPS tore the package and put both wrong packing slip and items in my mailer. When I contacted HPFY multiple times, they insisted on an image of the correct packing slip, which I did not get. They keep putting me off and neither resending product nor refunding. Another product they have not even yet tried to send. I would never trust this company again.

I attempted to place an online order for catheters. AFTER I provided all my personal information, the website declined to process the order without a prescription. My state rightly does not require a prescription, and I am not a fan of health paperwork, so I abandoned the cart. I have already started to receive unwanted email offers. For all I can tell the only purpose of the website is clickbait.

Absolutely crooked. Ordered items on Feb 23 and yet to receive. Last one was a tracking number but customer care team does not reply to calls and irresponsible

I've ordered from HPFY many times before (mostly adult diapers) with no issues. I open with that statement to be fair. But you really know how a company is, by how they respond when there IS a problem. We recently encountered a product defect and contacted them for an exchange or refund. There has been over 8 email exchanges and photos sent, as evidence of the defect. All you get is lip service. Same statements, such as: (a) We are sorry for your inconvenience and (b) we are forwarding your request to the proper department. Now, 3 weeks since my first complaint - there has been no action. When you call, you get the same treatment from representatives from India. Polite lip service backed by no proper action. If you order from this company, pray that nothing is defective. If something goes wrong, you will not be able to get redress. Make sure to contact your credit card company for help. And I also agree with the others. When you submit a review on their own platform, and the review is negative, they do not publish it. They only publish positive reviews. What good is that. So always consult Trust Pilot for objective reviews.

I ordered sample pack from them and have been told 3 times it has been pushed to warehouse and or they let management know and was lied too. This is the worst health company you can order from save your money or they will keep it.

HEALTH PRODUCTS FOR YOU HPFY.COM. The reviews on their website are selected by HPFY to only show the good reviews. They've manipulated their 4+ star rating! How deceitful! I've ordered from HPFY the times. The first order was fine. The second order they shipped to a wrong address and refused to refund me even though I was able to show that they shipped to a wrong address. The third order I paid expedited shipping of $15.49. The 2 splints I ordered were discontinued, though they continue to advertise them. I was credited back from both splints but not for the expedited shipping. I had ordered a face cream for redness which DID NOT WORK. How do they continue to advertise products that aren't available and find that it's good customer service not to refund me expedited shipping AND IGNORE ALL MY EMAIL REQUESTS FOR THE REFUND?! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY.

Paid 81.99 for expedited shipping. Now item is on back order and they can’t directly give me a refund. They have to get from some other company. What’s going on it’s this company is a scam. I hope PayPal can help me. Avoid like the plague. Positive reviews are probably fake.

Vivaform online order form was useless and wasn't working so phoned them. They charged me £7.88 and then wanted to charge £6.99 for delivery taking 24-28 days for the delivery.
Absolutely insane and disgusting.
I have sent several emails complaining about the shocking service I have received and not received any replies.
Clearly the company does not care!
Sent an email to Marina Girard, Director of Customer Services, and have not received any response.
Am escalating my complaint to their CEO.

I bought one product and has been waiting for them for 3 months and no progress of shipment. They just promise without being delivered. This is very bad and I'd highly advise everyone to NOT buy anything from them

I recently had surgery and needed a walker with an arm extension. During my hospital rehabilitation they found one for me $89 plus shipping and tax and that was just for the arm extension. having just spent thousands on other rehabilitation equipment I was not looking forward to spending over $100 for something I'd be using for a few weeks because I had a sore rotator cuff. Found this site who had it on sale for 30 something dollars plus shippimg. I could not have been for the expedited shipping but I sent them a message relaying my situation and I did not expect a friend at least a week. The day I got home from the hospital it arrived the same day. Can't express how appreciative I am!

I paid $213.97 (06/09/2020) for 2 Drive 12 inch Suction Cup Grab Bar and 1 FLA Orthopedics Posture Control Shoulder Brace via PayPal.
They charged me with this amount but the order was not created/issued.
Sent numerous emails and texts, no one responded.
I'm in UK, and I made an international call to this company to get this sorted by speaking to a human - again got connected to a voicemail that said they were on holiday!
Don't waste your time and money buying from this company.
