Not sure why they state their merchandise has anything to do with the NHS when they have removed the NHS logo..? I bought a jumper from here a couple of years ago, amazing quality and exactly as described, the fleece I have just purchased does not have the NHS logo although states in the description it does, and looks cheap - will not be buying from here again.

I ordered a fleece with NHS, the rainbow and my name. It was delivered on Monday and it is missing the NHS logo. I emailed and was told that I unless I ordered from a nhs email address and other criteria I could not have NHS on my fleece. I was NOT told this when ordering my fleece. I sent my order email to them that showed I had asked for NHS on my fleece. They keep emailing back saying that I didn’t meet the conditions to have NHS on my fleece but why did they accept my booking that states I wanted NHS on it. I keep being told that it’s on the website but I went through the order process again and can see that condition anywhere. I will never purchase from this store again and will tell all of my colleagues what happened and I cannot imagine they will place any orders either. Shocking service!

My daughter, a newly qualified nurse ordered item ordered Aug-23 and did NOT receive item. When she did receive feedback about her order it was just excuses. Received letter Aug-24 from the joint liquidators of The Mina Group Ltd (t/a HEALTH WORKER UNIFORMS). Now receiving mail shot e-mails from same "people". We will not order again, rather put the money in a charity box!

I have bought a personalised fleece off of Health Worker Discounts 1 year ago and still have not received my fleece.
Despite this I have had marketing emails from them since.
I was told I could not get a refund as my order was personalised, but my order clearly has not been made so I do not understand this.
I have had contact through email and had some replied advising my order was in the quality control process, however no movement on this.
Was advertised as 2 week turn around for orders.
I contacted my bank who advised they could not open a dispute as this was outwith the time frame they could do this.

Have previously ordered from the company before and was very happy with my purchase, it had received lots of compliments.

I decided to reorder another fleece again for a friend. I ordered the first week of August and have just received my parcel today.

The website had been down so I was worried I had been scammed as other users had stated. However, I received the order after 6 weeks.

Customer service were good to deal with. Compared to last time the quality of the fleece is worse, a different brand and the sizing is on the smaller side.

Will make a decent gift however is not worth £30

If I could I would give this company a zero like many other reviews I’ve seen. I’ve ordered from this company before and received the order fairly quick, so decided to order another hoodie from them back in November and never received my order. Like others emailed multiple times to be told back in June that I was unable to receive a refund due to my item being personalised and that it would be out for delivery from 21st June. June, July and August past with no item received, emailed them recently to be told that the company had gone in to liquidation at the time that I placed my order. Not only have I been lied to by the company by them telling me my order was being carried out but they took my money with the knowledge that my order was never going to be completed. Again like others I had to constantly email with no reply at all. Extremely disappointed as I know can’t even get a refund through my bank as I’m out of the window for being able to do so

I’ve ordered from this company before back in 2021 and had no issues with a great quality product. So I wanted to get a new hoodie as the zip had eventually failed. I ordered in January 24 and still awaiting delivery 9 months later. Several emails sent with mixture of generic or no replies. I understand it’s a personalised order therefore no refunds but surely that shouldn’t include lack of provision of product! I gave the benefit of the doubt waiting 3 months after they said there was a short back log, but that was a mistake as I was then over the timeframe to be able to complete a chargeback via the bank. Positive to hear others have EVENTUALLY got their order - however We will wait and see. 223 days and counting!

Ordered a fleece February 2nd 2024, after not receiving my order after 8 weeks I chased this up and was reassured it would be on the way. It is now September I have chased it up multiple times to no avail. A refund has been refused. Thieving company taking my money and not fulfilling the order.

I've seen a few reviews saying it took 2 months to arrive I bought mine on the 17th June and recieved it today on the 3rd september please dont buy from this we site. When I opened the bag it was just thrown and it was dirty and dusty. Stick to etsy or other personalisation website.

Over 2 months and I have still not received my order, this is an absolute scam!! I have emailed the company and am not receiving a reply, do not buy from this company.

Poor communication and a generic response to the delay in delivery queries from what I have seen. Now after visiting this website have seen they have apparently gone into liquidation.

After placing an order back in December 2023 and never receiving it despite repeated assurances I would, I contacted trading standards. I sent multiple emails to the company which again I received no reply to.

Today I’ve just received a letter stating the company has been liquidated which hasn’t come as surprise.

Now begins the battle to get a refund from my bank!

So unfortunately it seems this company has gone into liquidation
My partner has received a letter today informing her they have gone into liquidation and will not be fulfilling her order

We are utterly annoyed at this, as it's 40 quid down the drain now 🙄

I ordered a personalised fleece for work back in December 2023 and it still has not arrived. I emailed severally and they refused to give me a refund as it was a personalised item and I was asked to wait for it to be dispatched. Now it has been 8 months and I still have not received my order and they have stopped replying back to my emails. Very poor customer service. Very disappointed with the service received.

Placed my order back in March 2024. Stated it in a 2 week turn around. We are now in Aug 2024 and after several emails, I have had no correspondence! Poor communication!!! Do not order!!!

DO NOT use this company, never deliver and when chased they say we can't get a refund!

Never received my order. I ordered in January. Eight months later haven’t received anything. Do not buy anything from them. Scammers scammers scammers and they don’t respond to emails

I placed an order for a fleece August 2023, I still have not received my item or a refund.
I got emails every month making excuses for no item until January 2024.
I emailed them in March 2024 & am still waiting for a reply,
I would not recommend this company, very dishonest, their excuse for not refunding my money, was it was a personalised item, which was fair enough initially, but how long does it take to produce one personalised fleece?

If I could give 0 stars I would. Item still not received after 7 months of waiting and multiple emails, many of which go unanswered. Company refuses to give a refund as the item is personalised, despite it not being received well outside either stated timeframe.
