I ordered an item back in October 2023, and have not received my item. The same situation applies, emails back & forth with Amy Cousins and still no fleece. DO NOT buy from them.

Avoid like the plague!!!
Ordered in November, told it was in quality control in January.... still not received! Contacted Amy who it was obvious didn't actually read any of the emails I sent and just gave stock answers and apologies... refused to refund.
Order items from here if you wish but don't expect to actually receive anything!

Update now the end of July and despite repeated emails... still nothing!! Absolute S**t Company...

Exactly the same experience here. Ordered 6 fleece jackets for our team on 7th December 2023 still haven't received the goods. Email responses from Amy
Cousins same as what everyone else is reporting. No refund, no updates as to expected delivery date.

To update my awful complaint, like so many, I finally after 4 months of waiting, contacted my bank about a fraudulent payment, the bank have refunded me, but will be asking the company questions.
Still no fleece that was ordered on 28 Nov 2023. Just more excuses, but my item is their top priority by today apparently 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Just reclaim your money back. Even on a debit card 👍🏻

Ordered 23/11/24 for a Christmas present as my niece is about to qualify as nurse and it has only arrived today after several emails and 2 official complaints. No explanation just a lot of lame excuses. Couldn’t even give me a manager name or number to report to. Told me I couldn’t have a refund as a personalised item yet I got legal advice and was told under the consumer rights act 2015 if an order is not received within 30 days then regardless of it being personalised they should give a full refund… I quoted this to them and they still refused. They have now been reported to trading standards. At one point they offered me 20% off another order but I certainly won’t be ordering from them again. Still says 14-21 days turnaround on the website!!! Joke!! I work for the NHS and I will be telling my colleagues not to use this company either. Customer service and communication is awful! Absolute disgrace of a company. Do not buy from here!!

I have waited over 4 months for my order. Emailed customer services at the 2 month point to be assured the item was in quality control and I would be notified when it was dispatched.....still nothing.

I ordered a fleece on 21st of January. I am still waiting for this order. I contacted the company to ask for an update and received a whimsical response that did not actually offer any update. I have tried to contact them again multiple times since to request an update or refund and have received no contact from them. I ordered from here January 2023 also and again this order took 7 weeks to arrive. The length of time is ridiculous and lack of communication is shambolic. I have chased them every week since and they have ignored me for my last 3 contacts. I have had to raise the transaction as a dispute with my bank and will be reporting to trading standards. Shame on this company for taking the money of NHS staff.

Edit* I received my fleece at last after 4 months, I raised a retail dispute and this seemed to have pushed them along as they were very quick to provide the bank with evidence to contest the refund!! Would recommend everyone doing this!

Wish i had checked on here before ordering. I placed an order 1/12/23, I guessed it wouldn't come before Christmas but we are now in March 2024 and still nothing, I have emailed several times, the last time I emailed I requested a refund, but they said they they will not refund me, I will be looking into what to do next about this as they have not kept to there contract of delivering within 14-21 days

i placed an order back in August 2023 and have not yet received this order still. when contacting them and asking for an update or refund, they say they are unable to update me and refuse to respond regarding refunds.
will be escalating this further.

SCAM, never received goods after 7 months, avoid this company as its a total scam

I placed a order in November and still yet to receive the item. Unable to refund me as it's personalised after several emails I am still yet to receive it and keep getting a response with regard to stock issue . Cannot contact this company as no contact number. The last email I had was January saying due to be despatched when ??? Disgrace of a company

Ordered and paid for on 15th December for my Cancer Nurse Specialist Partner. Still haven’t received it in nearly 4 months, contacted them and have been fobbed off regularly! DO NOT TRUST OR USE THIS WEBSITE

Ordered 19/11/23 as a Christmas present, Christmas came and went so we contacted them to ask for an update. They apologised but didn't really give an answer or an update as to how long it might be. Multiple emails back and forth, we were told we could not have a refund as it was a personalised item, however the item has not yet been made. Eventually 109 days later it arrived. Quality's nice, just a shame it took so long.

Having now read through these reviews, I wish I had not ordered from them at all! I ordered back in September and still am yet to receive my order… everytime I email them the responses are the same fobbing me off telling me I’ll receive a dispatch date soon etc, I’ve received forwarded complaint emails from other customers by mistake and emails that are not even for me at all… useless “company” been refused a refund so will be reporting further!

Ordered from this company on 27/10/23 still not arrived they say its been made and is with the quality control department. But would be delivered by the 19th January 24. Still not arrived. they cant offer refund as its personalised. AVOID THIS COMPANY

AVOID. They are getting one star as i cant go any lower. They are happy to draw you in with promises of 15 working days for delivery and attractive items but cant meet these promises. Bought this mid December as a Christmas present for my other half, its now early March and its still not arrived. Emailed numerous times with responses telling me the item is with the quality control department.
I asked for a refund, it was a straight no.
They have recently responded informing me that my item is now their top priority and should arrive 15 March.

I wont be holding my breath.

My order is delayed and has went over the stated delivery date by 10 working day. I have been refused a refund. Avoid at all costs

Do not order from here. I ordered 4th January 2024 still waiting. Send loads of emails to them. They say, unable to get refund and it will be dispatched soon. SCAM COMPANY

Do not use this company… as others have said… they won’t give you a refund. I have been waiting 3 months.
