Jelly Bra -miniscule & poor quality! Emailed to arrange return for full refund & have been offered £2 then £4 to keep the bras when they cost £30! Now almost threatening me saying to mail back to China will cost ME alot of money so I should just accept the compensation & retain the sh!tty bras. I'm pursuing money back from bank now sadly. Steer Clear is my advice!

Awful quality jelly bra. Laughable. It’s the thinnest material with absolutely no support and 2 tiny triangles of padding! I ordered cup DD/E and a size small arrived!

Coming from USA, no, coming from China. According to the updates my package arrived at Heathrow, sat there for 3 weeks and has now returned to China. I so wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order. Think I won't hold my breath for the goods to arrive.

Would give 0 if I could. Waited over 6 weeks. When they arrived, the mouldings of the cups are crumpled and dented. Therefore not usable. I paid £27. They are offering me £7 and saying I can keep them!! They are only fit for the bin. Terrible customer service. I sent pictures which were shown to the production departments, who then declared the bras were apparently normal and of a good standard. I will go through chargeback to get my money back. Really disappointed.

It took 6 weeks to arrive. No email to confirm the order. The quality is poor: the cushion inside the bras pocket is shapeless and the strap ridiculously impossible to adjust. No invoice/order inside the parcel so you cannot return. No email again confirming delivery, no order number, address, no label ..they make it impossible to return.

I purchased the Glenda moringa weight-loss product from kirsty.Om website. Money debited from my account. After 11 days I receive an email my order was cancelled. The tracking number given to me shows the parcel in transit for almost 2 weeks now. They are not responding to emails. I cannot report the transaction to my bank as it's over 7 days. Fraudulent and con artists. Almost R1000 stolen from me from such pathetic sneaky and lazy people that can't work hard to earn a living instead rather steal from people. Many such reviews as this on FB complaints. Please investigate thés people as they carry the SA name and are truly evil

Have not received items ordered. One of the payments invoice was £10 less than what was taken out of my bank. This is a pure scam.

Bought 2 bras. Looked at the sizing chart to insure the correct size was sent.
I asked for a 34G, and I got sent a medium. Didn't fit at all.The sizing chart inside the packaging states that I should have received an XL.
Complained and got no where.
I hardly ever write reviews but this company is awful.

Ordered 2 bras 36 f/ff they have sent me a large which fits a D cup, clearly not going to fit and wasn't what i ordered. They have told me they have sent the correct item, said they don't do refunds or exchanges, suggested i give it to someone else and offered me £3 compensation! Why are they offering me compensation if they haven't done anything wrong? I have paid just over £28

Ordered jelly bras 6 weeks ago. Advertising looks like goods are coming from USA. They come from China. Bras allegedly been in the UK for 2 weeks and still at a depot. Requested a refund. I was advised they will resend and I would have them in days. Again requested refund. I have raised a dispute with PayPal. Do not order from this company

Ordered what I thought was going to be a set of automotive electrical disconnection tools, including pliers. What I received, after several weeks, was a single tool with two prongs either end, one end curved, with no discernible use on a car! Trying to return and get refund. Avoid.

Appalling service.

Easy returns LIARS. Money back guarantee LIARS. They offered £3 refund then £5 trying to pressure me stating It will be expensive to return. FAKE company bad service Im stuck with two bras that would fit a 44 band Im 32 DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Its about time something was done about these Oriental companies stealing people's cash.

I read the reviews after I ordered and thought at best I would receive an item not fit for purpose. Pleasantly surprised to receive my bras today and they fit perfectly and are very comfy. The delivery was a few weeks but I expected that. The star I dropped was only based on the lack of communication from the company when I asked where the product was.
Maybe I was just lucky with me order
