So many amazing recipes and workouts to choose from. The app is simple to use and helps you track everything. I have lost 20kg just simply following the recipes and using the bmr tool to figure out my daily calories.

I've been a lifetime platnum member for…
I've been a lifetime platnum member for over 6 years now, and absolutely love that it works and caters for everyone lifestyles. It doesn't matter if you fall of the Wagin, you just jump right back into it.
It's easy and affordable, with a great range of exercises and recipes in the app.
Oh and the best part. Buying their products at my local Woolworths..

I've newly joined the lifetime…
I've newly joined the lifetime membership and love it so much ❤️ I was really lacking motivation and didn't know what to do but since starting healthy mummy i feel so much more focused and supported ,I'm a mum of 4 boys and it's hard to keep everyone happy at meal time but my boys love the healthy mummy meals and lunch box snacks ❤️ Also the work outs are really great ,I love how much more energy I have since starting. Thank you 🥰

Healthy mummy products are great. Easy to use and taste great. Delivery was good too, arrived really fast. Would be good if we could buy samples thou, some products haven't agreed with me and now I have open boxes. Other than that it's great, specially with exercise programs
