I needed my ears syringed at short notice, the team at Hear4U Newark were amazing, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, a business that really cares, with people that go the extra mile.

Staff are friendly and reassuring. The wax removal procedure was explained to me beforehand and also as the therapist worked. It was surprisingly quick and I hardly felt a thing. Afterwards I was shown the results on the monitor: all the wax had gone. I have been to this clinic on two occasions and can definitely recommend this service.

I’d been suffering with tintus due to a blocked ear with wax for over 3 weeks….luckily I got an appointment within days…procedure took within under 10mins…felt a little uncomfortable but not painful once my wax had been cleared was an instant relief….if needed I will definitely use this company again…thank you for your service 👍👍

Found the company online and booked wax removal online- a super easy process. Staff were welcoming and despite me being early for my appointment I was in and out before my original appointment time was due to start! Donna was great, very knowledgable, and clearly explained what was happening throughout the procedure. Really interesting to see inside your own ear! Felt instant relief afterwards. Would definitely use again and would highly recommend.

The team at Newark were very friendly and welcoming. The procedure was explained clearly & concisely throughout. I experienced no pain or discomfort and the wax removal went as planned.
I now have no ringing and can hear better than I ever have before.

Called at 11.30 for an enquiry into availability and price, had an appointment at 12.00.
Ear syringed and cleared and basic hearing test carried out within half hour.

I have been going here for a few years, the receptionist is welcoming and very friendly, the audiologist makes you feel at ease while carrying out the procedure. Definitely recommend.

I have been before, and this time I was again able to book both my first visit and reschedule the follow-up visit quickly and easily. Both audiologists I saw were friendly and efficient although I felt the second was slightly more gentle, yet quite tenacious, and determined to remove all the offending material. It was, however, surprising that there was a search for some missing (special) equipment (clearly the place is not fully equipped!) but the standard implements were sufficient. I would recommend this place.
