An appointment was made very quickly. The receptionist(s) were helpful and thorough. The practitioner explained the procedure very thoroughly and the job was done with a no minimum of fuss. Excellent.

Everything was perfect. From booking an appointment to customer care/service. Harriett was excellent. The ear wax was removed without any problems and I left satisfied.

The food seems to have gone downhill. You order and literally within minutes the food is with you . Looks and taste like it's been hanging around for a while waiting to be ordered..

Once again, first class service. From booking the appointment to delivery of the procedure was faultless. Staff are always friendly and polite, and professional.

I booked on the day, as a last minute appointment. Treated with respect and listened to. Took into account other treatment already had and gave full information and extra investigation without extra charge.

I managed to get a same day appointment, after a failed attempt at the GP’s a few days earlier, which left me feeling very down. I was panicking I wasn’t going to be able to go on my holiday, as was dreading the flight
Tony was brilliant, think my waxy ears were some of he worst he’d come across, but he persevered and eventually managed to clear them. He was professional and made the process very comfortable and let me know how it was progressing step by step.
I’d most definitely recommend this place to anyone, and it was literally the best £70 I’d spent in a long time!

I suffer with a build up of ear wax, always in the same ear. This clinic is very good and the ear wax removal has vastly improved my hearing. Would strongly recommend their service.

Had left it a while before making an appointment. Thank goodness I did. Had microsuction and it was REALLY needed in both ears. I like that you see the before and after-results. So you know that your getting value for money. Lots of good advise given too about getting my hearing aids checked too. What a difference I'm noticing. Thank you.

Tony dealt with the both my ears today and did a fantastic job. Extremely efficient service having enquired over the weekend. Very polite in clinic with one form to fill in and little time waiting.
