AMAZING EXPERIENCE
I visited The Hearing Center for war wax removal. The first thing I noticed was how clean and comfortable the waiting area was.
I was walmly greeted by Sue, she put me at ease straight away. She briefly went through some things with me and told me who would be performing the procedure.
Helen performed the ear wax removal and she was simply amazing. She was kind, caring, but above all else she was one of the nicest people I could ever wish to meet. She explained everything to me and what she was doing. She kept checking I was OK even checking the water was warm enough. She was patient and I never felt any part was rushed.
I would recommend The Hearing Centre to anyone.

I can't praise Leanne at the Ashby branch enough.
She has been brilliant with my 95 year old mum...so patient & caring.

I have had a number of appointments with the Hearing Centre and everyone has been very efficient and helpful and I would recommend them totally. They are friendly and welcoming and it is a clean and calm atmosphere to be in. Thank you everyone especially when I had a serious problem which was dealt with quickly.

I visited the Ashby branch to have Micro suction of ear wax. Excellent service , Helen performed the procedure and was so nice and very knowledgeable . Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable surroundings and pleasant staff. Everything was well explained and no pressure was applied for me to purchase aids after the hearing test.

Very professional
Treatment - Earwax removal
Found the staff to be very informative and professional in their approach. Clearly demonstrated the problem and then treated it.
The noise from the suction system was the same as always but that was the extent of the sensation during treatment.
Would I go back - yes

Had over 20 years of wax build up in…
Had over 20 years of wax build up in one ear following a brain operation and fearful of messing around with my ears. I’ve been feeling really unwell the last few months and lost some hearing, a quick check and the issue was really hard wax build up that sent me virtually deaf. I’m so relieved now and can hear again! Lady who did it was amazing and the reception staff great too.

Very professional experience
Very easy to arrange an appointment. Pleasant environment with friendly staff. Procedures were clearly explained and every effort made to make it a non frightening experience. Would certainly recommend them

Very pleased with my experience
Very pleased with my experience. Booking online was easy, and reception when I arrived friendly and pleasant. The audiologist, Helen, was very pleasant, explained the procedure clearly, and checked the medical declarations I had made. She then examined my ears and confirmed they were blocked with wax. She then asked me if I would like to see, and on my agreement inserted a camera and I could see clearly the wax blocking my ear canal. Helen told me if at any time the procedure became noisy or if I felt any discomfort at all to let her know and she would stop. I didn't feel any discomfort and after the procedure she used the camera again so I could see the result, and explained what I was seeing all the way to my ear drum. The facility was spotless.

Lovely experience
Lovely experience. Friendly, attentive and efficient. Very empresses with the service and first class equipment they use. It was my first visit but it wont be my last. I would highly recommend.

My experience at Ashby has been excellent. I have hearing loss which I'm hoping will improve with the use of hearing aids. Elaine has been most helpful in explaining things and arranging the trial use of the aids.

Ear wax microsuction removal
Helen was very friendly and knowledgeable about ear health. Camera was inserted to show us on screen the blockage. Micro suction was done which was painless. Will go back for a follow up but the majority of the wax has been cleared. Thank you Helen
